TV is great but two remotes is wrong

The only thing that I am not happy with is that with Direct TV/ or AT&T cable your not able to program it where your using only one remote. Now I use one to turn on TV and the other to HDMI to watch it. Very disappointed as they tell me it wont work with direct tv remote.

40 in Vizio D series smart tv

It is still ok. But I wanted a smart tv. We live in a small cape cod home. Rooms are not really large. Due to that, I couldn’t get a large tv. I got the 40 in D series Vizio. It fit the bill perfectly. Amazing how much larger the picture is in our living room. Set up and using this tv is really easy. I am devoted Vizio tv purchaser. Would recommend this model and all Vizio tv’s. Very, very pleased.

Deducting a 1/2, because no instructions were include for after the initial setup. I had to click on several menus, to find the sleep timer. But, mainly, because 1 time the menus opened up "empty". Turning off & back on did not help. However unplugging for a few minutes, plugged in again & when turned on, it was fine. Thankfully, no issues since. Hope it stays that way. Works great with my Dish Joey (DVR).

Our first Vizio setup was a bit rough because we needed a signal booster. After extending the signal it finally connected we lived happily ever after! This brand delivers everything you come to expect from top brands. We are Total Tech customers and always turn to Best Buy Techs for advice. Geek Squad support #1 too!!

The built in chromecast is great for streaming Xfinity from a mobile device. The free channels also have pretty nice content when seeking something different to watch.

Select down on remote, tv responds a second or 2 later. Scrolling through the smart tv menu and all the apps is an act of patience. Sound is fair, but don't expect much out of any tv nowadays as far as sound. I would buy it again.
