Everything was fine, until I lost the remote. Took me a few minutes to locate the power button. Well, it’s only one button that I was able to find on this tv. Without the remote, no volume can be adjusted or you cannot switch between the smart apps that are within the tv. You couldn’t provide a up/down or left/right button on the tv? What about a volume button? I like to press buttons on the tv to change channels or view the menu. But other than that the tv does it job when internet is available

We mounted this on the wall for the guest bedroom. Light and easy to mount. Picture quality is excellent. Sound is good enough for smaller room. I wouldn't put this in a large room as your main TV but in smaller areas, it's great. Price is right. Apps all work quickly.

Now all of a sudden the apps stop working & i have to unplug it then replug it in. I liked being able to use my phone as a remote occasionally.

They all have a great picture and have tons of ‘extras’ packed inside it’s digital brain. Easty to set up and pair with my other electronics such as xfinity digital, sound bar, etc. and the smart tv part comes in extra handy with my 1 year old grandson who likes watching kids movies.

Nice pic and easy to set up. I've mounted on the ceiling of my home gym. The light weight of the TV made mounting easy.

Didn't seem to recognize them even though connections were correct. After doing a factory reset, things worked fine. Be nice to have an actual hard copy manual like the old days. Nice product overall, nice picture and access to a lot of free apps and channels. Worth the purchase. Also - nothing to do with the product itself, but our next day delivery didn't arrive for a week - chalked it up with all the supply chain issues going on. Best Buy support people were great helping get things straightened out with the shipment.
