Narrow viewing angle

Turns out it has two major flaws. Unless you're seated directly in front of it, the picture is dim. The viewing angle is very small. The other bad thing is when you connect to the Internet, the TV controls are very unfriendly and cumbersome. To remedy that problem, I disconnected from the Internet and did a factory reset. Now it works like a normal TV and the controls work like they should. However, the TV is no longer "smart", but in my opinion it's the lesser of the evils. Fortunately, this TV is in a room that seldom gets used. Otherwise, I would throw it away and buy a different brand.

Everything was fine, until I lost the remote. Took me a few minutes to locate the power button. Well, it’s only one button that I was able to find on this tv. Without the remote, no volume can be adjusted or you cannot switch between the smart apps that are within the tv. You couldn’t provide a up/down or left/right button on the tv? What about a volume button? I like to press buttons on the tv to change channels or view the menu. But other than that the tv does it job when internet is available

We mounted this on the wall for the guest bedroom. Light and easy to mount. Picture quality is excellent. Sound is good enough for smaller room. I wouldn't put this in a large room as your main TV but in smaller areas, it's great. Price is right. Apps all work quickly.

They all have a great picture and have tons of ‘extras’ packed inside it’s digital brain. Easty to set up and pair with my other electronics such as xfinity digital, sound bar, etc. and the smart tv part comes in extra handy with my 1 year old grandson who likes watching kids movies.
