Even early on I had issues with the tv either not turning on or turning off. It’s temperamental and doesn’t show the smart tv features as it should, I mainly use mine for ROKU so it’s ok but definitely would not recommend. I’ve called and they showed me a way to “reset” it but it only worked temporarily. Use your manufacturer warranty within the one year.

I has turned out to be so worth the cost and the stations we received made our days.

The display is plenty bright. The TV has thus far been very reliable, easy to use, and the wide selection of apps that come with the TV have met my needs. The Less Good: Color seems a little bit over-saturated (can mostly be adjusted). Built-in speakers are pretty weak (easy enough to connect external speakers, if desired). Also, this may be more of a Chromecast thing, but there's no way to password-protect the bundled Chromecast that comes on the TV, to prevent troublesome family members from streaming to it uninvited - such as streaming bad music videos in the middle of one's workout, LoL... :-) BTW, HarborFreight sells a $16 swivel wall mount that works perfectly with this TV.

This is supposed to be a smart tv but it has some challenges going from one app to the other. It fit the bill for basic tv for an elderly person.

I have never been disappointed. I am enjoying this television and I believe I purchased it at a great price. I am always pleased with the products and service at my Best Buy store. The young man at the store that helped me find my television even carried it out to my vehicle for me.
