First time purchasing a Vizio product and I am very pleased. Great color and sound and easy to use.

Bought this TV for my daughter’s dorm room. It is the perfect size. It is easy to use and the price was great!

With the staying at home during the virus lockdown I wanted a smart TV. This looked like a great TV considering price and features. I had to buy a stand for the TV as the included legs extended beyond the entertainment center. Be aware. I got a pedestal stand at Sams Club that worked perfectly. Screen size great for space and sound good. At first I could not get the smartcast input to work. I could watch Netflix via the remote but could only watch Amazon Prime, You Tube via my phone which I then would have it broadcast to the TV. The Vizio customer rep guided me through this process and said they were working on a solution. After a couple weeks it was suddenly working to my satisfaction. I am certainly enjoying having a smart TV and it does appear to be working OK. Had a problem with our Comcast wi-fi which affected laptops and the TV but got that sorted out but had to reprogram netflix and amazon with our passwords, etc. Next time same problem with wi-fi happened, once we got it sorted out the TV defaulted to the proper settings so did not have to reprogram. I checked would recommend to a friend only because they got smartcast to work and I no longer have the extra steps of using my phone. Had they not got that fixed I would not recommend the TV. Wish they had a youtube button on the remote but cannot have every app. I only use it for netflix, amazon and youtube.

We are very pleased with the TV. This is our first 4K UHD TV. We have had Vizio before and didn't care for the picture quality but that was year ago. We very pleased with the picture. I would recommend this TV to everyone. We are also please the TV has 3 HDMI ports. I had problems finding a 40" TV with 3 HDMI ports. Good buy for the price.

I live in an apartment and I wanted a larger tv and specifically a smart-TV for my living room not quite 50"... This was the perfect size and added feature of it being a Smart TV just tops the cake. Other features are airplay where you can play videos and movies from your phone and other devices that have Bluetooth capabilities. This was a great decision and it was only a little over $200 when I purchased it.

I have always liked Visio TVs, but had not owned one until now. I was looking for a 4K TV primarily for gaming and this TV did not disappoint. The colors are vibrant, it has great response times and it was super easy to set up and use right out of the box. I would definitely recommend this TV to anyone looking for a quality 4K TV on a budget.

I purchased this TV for my wife and she loves it. Great picture and easy to set up. The controls require a little getting used to switching between sources, but once mastered it work for her. The only negitive is the sound. It is not clear especially when hung from a wall mount. Muffled and hard to understand voices in some programs, especially news and sports broadcasts.

I bought this for my bedroom and it is a perfect fit. The picture is crisp and clear with multiple settings to adjust the color/contrast. The sound is adequate for the space and setup was easy. This is a new purchase so I cannot comment on reliability, but I owned a smaller Visio TV and it is still working just fine for my grandson.

Finally the wait is over for beautiful pictures in inexpensive TV's. Until a few years ago, my eyes just could not adjust to the flat screen TV look unless it was a $2000 screen. So I kept my 28' Square TV from 24 years ago ( loved the picture) and waited. This Vizio is perfect. One flaw:. If you watch a on HD channels such as TCM or old TV shows, you need to put the picture in a square to get a decent look. Too grainy otherwise. That does not happen on our older (19 year old Sony flat screen). Not sure how to explain that as the HD picture on this TV far outshines the old Sony. Another problem. The feet are REALLY cheap plastic. One detached the 2nd week. We had to gorilla glue it back. I always take the Best Buy 2-3 year warrant on certain items and probably could have gotten a new one but it was easier to just fix it. A note on Best Buy Warranty: it's one of the best I've seen. I had a 3 year old printer that broke. Best Buy had me bring the printer into the store then gave me a new printer ( same model) BUT the printers pricing went down from when I purchased it. So guess what? They gave me a new printer, PLUS the cash difference between old & new. That was amazing!!!

Our former 12-year-old no-name 32 inch set shot craps during a Covid shut down. Delighted to find this Vizio on sale for a terrific price. Even more delighted that BB could deliver and set up almost immediately. Only problem - a very minor one - is that we need to use two remotes because just one won't sync w our cable provider.

I am enjoying my Television. It was at a good price. I have used the apps it comes with. The quality of the picture is good. I have it connected to a soundbar so I can't speak on the sound quality. You can download an app to control the TV from your phone and add favorites. You can do more on the App than with the control.

I bought this to use as a Computer monitor which it is doing very nicely. My only mistake was buying it from the Best Buy outlet. They claimed it had all critical components. Received it during the lockdown from curbside pickup without the stand or remote. I'd call those two things critical components.

This is the 3rd Vizio tv that I have purchased. I am replacing all my tv's with Vizio. My daughter has purchased one after I bought my first a couple of years ago. The picture and color are outstanding. I thought it was a great value for the price. I had Sony tv's for years. The picture quality and ease of use really sold me on this tv.

I looked for a 4K UHD TV with a specific height, width, and quality and this particular 40" Class fit the bill. This is an outstanding smart tv with the features that I was looking for and at the right price. I've had it for about a month now and am very pleased. It was sold out in the store so I ordered one. Thanks, BestBuy for having it shipped to my front door.

Not a techno genius so I needed something that was easy to setup and maneuver. This TV was a good value economically and I had little to no issue setting it up. Good picture and sound. Still researching all of it's capabilities. I have been told if you connect it to a blu ray dvd player, which I have not, the color/picture is allegedly supurb.

Picture is great for the money. Sound is mediocre, which is to be expected. I bought a sound bar to fix that. Plenty of smart features. Love to cast YouTube directly to the TV; so easy. Motion handling isn't bad either.
