Purchased for my in-laws. The TV was easy to set up and very user friendly. The picture and sound quality are great. Would definitely purchase same brand again. Price was right too!

Purchased.2 of these for Christmas gifts for my grandchildren and we love them. They’re lightweight, easy to operate and I got them for a great price. Good clear picture as well.

I purchased this for a guest bedroom. I was pleasantly surprised by the features and the quality for a price of around $250. My only regret is that a guest may like this TV so much, they will stay longer.

Have this TV connected to $25 antenna and the picture is phenomenal. Only negative is remote doesn't have a guide button. But overall great purchase.

As much as I hate Best Buy's appliance dept (long story), their home theater Dept rocks! This tv is awesome. Great price, easy to set up and awesome picture! I'll get another one for the backyard!

Bought this model of Vizio to replace a Samsung that died after 5 years. Setup was quick and easy. Remote and applications are easier to use than the Samsung. The sound is decent though the tv speakers; I have it hooked up to a home theater system via optical cable. The picture, hmm, sometimes I am amazed and other times I miss the Samsung, really depends on what I'm watching on Direct TV. Everyone else at home thinks it is great.

Very easy to use and able to connect to my Alexa device very easily. I can also connect my iPhone and other apple devices thru apple mirroring. The picture quality is also excellent.

Yes, its a budget TV. You aren't getting full array LED lighting or a beefy processor alongside tons of features. What you ARE getting is a great TV for a nice price. Movies look awesome and gaming does too. That's what really matters. Casting works fine and the apps included provide tons of free stuff to watch. If you pair this with a Firestick or just set up your TV streaming service, its the perfect combo. Image is crisp and clear, 4K video plays well and looks fantastic! Might wanna grab a separate sound device though. TV speakers are never going to amaze you. I paired it with a Vizio soundbar and Lord of the Rings sounds freakin' immaculate!

Very good picture and color excellent sound , smart tv all bells and whistles. I would think need to spend at least 500 for sig better picture. Not many 40inch TVs . Very happy

Nice upgrade from the Vizio 1080p tv, I am truly glad I purchased this television, comes with smart cast (similar to netflix) and freewatch (like an antenna cable like broadcast tv). Easy to Set-Up

I like that the Visio tv is a 40 inch screen with 4K, smart tv, led - V - series and a UHD TV with HDR. Good sound and remote friendly. Light wait energy efficient. This was one of the only 40 inch tv’s that had 4K. I like the black casing the tv comes in. This color goes well with our room decor. I would would highly recommend this tv to my friends and family.

For this price point, terrific picture and features. I really like the traditional style remote. Easy to switch between inputs and apps.

The picture clarity and quality is amazing! My wife and I enjoy recording our couple “activities” and watching it back makes us feel like were there all over again! My only complaint is the sound, we were watching our videos with a large group of friends and a lot was missed. So buy a good soundbar and HDMI and make group night a event to remember!

I bought this in the spring during the coronavirus lockdown for my son to play Xbox on in his room since we were getting tired of listening to him and his friends argue online. It’s a great little tv - light as a feather and the picture quality is impressive whether you’re watching tv or gaming. We didn’t mount it but I can imagine that it’s only a one person job considering how light it is. My son likes that the remote has a Netflix button so he doesn’t have to scroll through any menus. The 40” is plenty big for my tween’s room and we loved it so much, we bought another one for my mom in a different size.

Bought this 40" Vizio for a small Den 9x12 size. Was worried the TV might overwhelm the small space, but turns out that it is a great size for the room. Nice picture, and easy to use.

Replacing a 32-inch Vizio that has been moved to another room in our house. Easy to set up (wireless, cable & Blu-ray), nice quality picture, and have been enjoying it a lot!

We bought this tv 40” during the Cyber Monday deal and it’s the best money we’ve spent on tv. We absolutely love this Visio smart tv and highly recommend this brand so far so good.
