    Delivery was quick and excellent and the ordering online process was very simple...the TV itself is difficult to setup. The initial setup was simple but tweaking the picture quality and voice is very difficult. Don’t know if it’s the TV itself or the way it comes from the factory.

    The store had to order the tv. The salesman said by a certain date it will arrive at the store. It did right on time. I was notified and went to pick it up. the gentleman took our receipt within 4 minutes we had our tv in our car ready to take it home the transaction went smoothly they are reliable and have great prices. I love to shop at Best Buy’s and will do that in the future
