Instructions for Picture and Audio Settings were pretty vague, and many functions disappear when other settings are selected. Reset to Defaults helped, but took a while to figure it out and get the picture and sound optimized.

Haven't really had a chance to dig into all the bells and whistles but so far definitely a good purchase. I've owned a Visio for several years from a smaller 24" to a 32" and now a 40". Excellent product in my opinion.

My TV came out of the box with a Defective Speaker. The Picture quality is great for the price point, a lot of 4K Features, Atmos, HDR10, etc. However I moved when I bought it and set it up at my new place, the speakers sound completely blown so I had to buy a Soundbar for the TV. Customer Service said to return it to the store but that wasn't an option. I'm sure this TV is flawless when the speakers work.

The tv was okay for the money. Has a good picture but like other reviewers the sound on the TV is horrible. I returned the TV and paid a little more for a better quality tv.

It has pre-installed apps for channels I’ve never heard of that you cannot delete. You also cannot download apps for viewing channels I do have but not pre-installed ☹️

I have always like Best Buy product since I was kid, I remember like it was yesterday my parents just to take me and my bother every Christmas to pick our present. Now that I am a dad I will teach my kids that the best place to go to purchase any electric device is Best Buy. Of course I love this new TV.

Really good value for the price. I tried to use it as a monitor for my WFH but it was just too big for my personal preference. I should have seen that coming. Picture clarity is great and the UI is super snappy.

Got this TV for my kids room. I got tired of using the fire stick due to internet connection issues. tV is super light too who can is nice since I have it mounted in their room. Great product for the price.

I have two LG TVs and needed to replace an old TV. I reviewed ratings for this TV and decided to purchase it. As soon as the TV was connected by Geek Squad, I immediately saw the difference between my LG and Vizio. I asked Geek Squad to repack the TV. The picture quality was not on par with my LG TV. If you are looking for depth of color, this TV is not for you. If you're looking for an inexpensive TV and color quality is not very important, this is the TV for you.

Good TV for the price. I was looking for a TV that had an RCA style audio out and this was the only brand that I found. The speakers on the set leave something to be desired. Not enough volume for me.

Really like the TV quality but the speaker quality is bad. Have to have a sound bar to get good sound which is an extra cost. Luckily the cost wasn't too.

My wife and I bought this for a "workout room" TV to watch while doing exercises and everything. This TV is great. Didn't love the assortment of apps that are available for my needs (to watch all the sports I like for live streaming) but putting our Apple TV with it did the trick.

Love having a smart TV with 4k. Picture looks great. However, the sound is horrible coming through just the screen. Def needs a soundbar or something.

Giving it 4 out of 5 stars because the little feet are super cheap plastic. Not a huge deal but I ended up buying a more sturdy swivel base and its now great. Overall, super happy with my purchase.

TV works fine. Price was good. I wanted to use my reward for this TV but the clerk rang up an incorrect TV originally and was unable to use my rewards. I had to pay for the TV with my credit card.
