Tv was purchased for a spare bedroom. Hooked it up, programmed etc! Shut it down, and wasn’t used until a guest came to stay (2 months later) and notified me that the tv kept shutting off. Talked with Visio and went through the rigamaroar of resetting , plugs etc and still nothing. Happily they are sending out a replacement. I had to go with the manufacturer because I purchased on January 9,2021 and after January 25th it was no longer returnable / exchangeable at Best Buy. So, if you buy, make sure it’s in a room where it is used daily ... lol

I truly like Vizio televisions. I was a bit nervous because of the negative reviews that I read about the V-Series TVs. Nevertheless, I took a chance and purchased this model for a spare bedroom. I was pleasantly surprised with the good graphics and ease of setup.

Picture is fine but tv speakers are useless. Sound is distorted and muffled. Had to purchase sound bar in order to clearly hear programs.

I have had Vizio TV's before, and this one continues to earn my business. With the smart feature, it can be used as a wireless display from a laptop or other device. Good quality and easy to setup.

First time having a smart tv so it takes a little bit of time to get used to. It took me a little time get the color and resolution just right and so far I am liking my new tv.

I love this tv especially the game mode. If you have a PS5 and have a HDMI 2.1 you will get 120 frames on Fortnite and Cold War. My only con is sometimes my Hulu or Free tv won’t work and I have to unplug the tv for 5 seconds to get it back working.

Very nice tv. You can notice the 4K quality while playing video games & I find the Apple airplay compatibility very useful while having to watch lectures. All I do is airplay my lectures from my laptop to my tv and sit back and relax while watching them.

Nice TV for my office. System slow to turn on, and have to wait on a black screen occasionally, or have to hit the "Home" button after having hit the power button.

The TV is of fantastic quality however the sound just doesn't seem that loud to me. I may just have to keep playing with the audio but overall, it's a great television.

The screen goes blank at freezes in the middle of me watching a show or movie and the sound quality is not all that great but those are little things I can deal with

Overall I am satisfied with this tv. Like the fact that it is compatible with the iPhone. Would have given it s 5 star rating if HBOMax was an available app.

Great Customer Service! My first Tv I buy in many many years , I had soo many questions the and employee was patient enough to help me out pick one. I’m glad I came back home with this one! This TV works Great! It’s great for the price.!

I like the air play feature always links up and easy to use haven’t had a problem with the tv since I bought it! Love the remote has all the apps I use for my sons like Netflix Disney and Hulu with just a press of a button pretty fast!

The screen quality is great, but what's not so great is the interface itself. Its quite buggy and not even two weeks in Netflix wouldn't load up, and all the other video options it gives cant even play. I had to get an extra Apple TV to be able to play my streaming platforms. Overall if you can afford a bit more for another tv then don't bother getting this one, but if you have an Apple TV already then just get this and you won't be sorry for getting that sweet deal for a tv.

A lot of volume issues. Never had a problem before on other Vizio tv’s. Wouldn’t purchase again.

I have only had the TV one day but so far it is working well. I don't know if it is just this set or all televisions nowadays provide it but there is the WU TANG COLLECTION app that plays all the classics! This TV is worth it just for that!

Good tv for the room. Picture needs some adjustment for flesh colors l. Otherwise good tv for the money when you want to relax in bed.

This TV is ok. The picture is good but not at all what I have seen in other 4K TVs. In addition the speakers are not good at all! If u turn it up loud the speakers buzz. They sound like cheap speakers. I put the volume to 25, not even half way up and it sounds bad. It wasn’t crazy expensive so for the cost it’s decent. But if u really want a good 4K get a different more expensive tv.

Perfect gift for my Dad. There was not a smart tv in my parent’s home. This tv was a surprise. Adapting to the various viewing options is mind blowing to my parents, but it hasn’t been a difficult adjustment to their new tv

Great Picture. The only thing that I didn't like is that they only have a minimum of apps on their store.
