Good for the price, but color is hard to adjust. The picture alternates between too light and too dark and the color does not appear to be as crisp as the display in the store.

Seem to have connection problems with would doesn't respond to the remote instantly. Sound not clear or load. It fits what aI bought it for and the price quite decent.

Brought for my new office lounge. Smaller than I thought. TV freezes a lot when I use the Tubi app and I have to keep starting program from beginning. It’s just okay

The picture color and sound are not the best.i currently have a Vizio that is over 15 years old that is better overall quality than the one I purchased weeks ago.

Answer the phone when you call the store! Train your so called staff, and loose the "I could care less to be at work with an attitude!"
Revamp the website. Don't false advertise your next day curb side service. Ship what I order. Train your on line staff so you not chasing your tail.
Loose the disclaimer: "Must be at least 50 characters," at the bottom of this window.
As a suggestion: "Just close, and take the corporation advantages."

HDR mode looks real bad on non hdr streams. looks like threshold is overused . Also hdmi has issues were the tv refreshes as if input is bad.

I bought it for the 40" size (for a smaller room) and decent price. The picture quality was disappointing, especially the lack of vivid reds. Maybe I'm spoiled by my LG OLED TV. I also had trouble with sound getting out of sync after using an app and returning to CATV. Did I just get a bad unit? I returned it after a few days and am glad BestBuy allowed that. Re-installed my 10-year old iSymphony 32" which has a better picture.

Bought as a gift, but have heard of several instances where the TV will freeze or just not cast media properly
