I only view the smart options for this tv once and it didn’t receive my WiFi network. I sent this one back to Vizio and waiting on a new tv. I’ll see if the same problem exist. Before requesting a refund from Vizio or a not so smart functions.

Video quality is fine. Audio quality was absolutely terrible. Thought I just got a bad one so I returned it and got the same TV. Audio was just as bad. Will be returning the replacement as well.

This tv is cheap but for 4K it was pretty poor in my opinion. I decided to use it as a disposable tv and bought the 43 inch Samsung that is mor e expensive but a lot better. Sound from speakers was particularly horrible

Great, but bad WIFi issues

Great when it works - commonly can’t connect to the WIFi, which is a real PITA. Otherwise, good TV… just have to reconnect often, reboot, power cycle, etc, to connect to the web. Frustrating…

Horrible TV. Keeps freezing which causes the screen to go black. I need to UNPLUG THE TV FROM THE POWER to get the picture back. Sound is HORRIBLE. First and last Vizio I purchase.
14 days return?? Really Bestbuy?? If you wanna rewards your members for purchasing products, up the return time 30+ don't cut the return time and give it back as a perk.
I will stick with Microcenter over your return policy.

Don’t Buy This TV

This thing is the worst. If you want a TV that has audio lag or total silence half of the times you turn it on, buy this. If you want a TV that can’t load its own software for you to use it half the time, buy this. If you want a TV that randomly can’t discover your WiFi that it has always been connected to, buy this. If you want a TV that mutes your game consoles for no reason, buy this. If you want a TV that has to be factory reset every month for it to perform its basic functions, buy this. You get the point.

Worst. TV. Ever. Like how can you have all of the perfect specs, and then deliver every aspect of it in the worst possible way.. Like it’s just a television, how difficult is it..?? The right speaker blew out in the first 24 hours I owned it, and then two days after my return period ended the other speaker started making these sounds that sound like water damage.

We returned this TV the day we bought it. The right speaker was barely working and had a very tinny sound. We bought a different brand instead.

Video is pretty horrible you have to reboot the TV every day or so just to get it to do the Wi-Fi functions that it has if you wanna connect it to AirPlay basically you have to reboot the TV before you do anything it’s it’s a TV it’s nothing special it’s more of a hassle than it is you’re probably better off going with an LG which I had before this

This is a terrible TV. It freezes up and the only way to restart it is to unplugged it. This has now happened several times and we have only had the TV for less than two months. Best Buy says that it is past the return date. It was delivered on Feb. 13, 2021 and I am writing this on April 5, 2021. Very unsatisfactory service from Best Buy.

I purchased this V series after trying out a D series and being thoroughly disappointed with the poor operating system. Well the operating system on this one was better, but it must have had a faulty power supply because it would randomly turn off or not turn on. You might get lucky and have yours work, but saving a few bucks isn't worth the hassle. I bought an LG for less than $50 more and I couldn't be happier.

Piece of junk. Not a smart tv. You have to use a roku or firestick to add any app, like 1 of the most popular apps Spectrum app. NO USB plug. No way to choose source/input. If you plug in a stick it will go to it, but if you have a stick and xbox plugged in you have to unplug 1 so it knows what source. If you want to use the crp apps on the tv, you have to shutoff or unplug all sticks or games.

Hello MiHa, thank you for taking time to leave us your feedback today. This TV absolutely is a smart TV due to its ability to connect to a home internet network, and absolutely does have a USB input connection when you go behind the TV on the right side of the screen. This TV uses our SmartCast Platform which offers a host of built in apps, as well as support for Google's Chromecast, Apple's AirPlay 2, and voice support for SIRI, Google Home, and Alexa. You are not able to manually download additional apps, however new apps are added to the platform often. If you find there is an app you want to watch that is not on SmartCast you may be able to cast it using Chromecast or Apple AirPlay from your phone or mobile device. In regards to inputs, they can be changed using the input button located at the top right corner of your VIZIO remote, or by pressing the input button located behind the TV on the bottom right corner of the back panel of the TV. If you have any questions or need any assistance, we are available through text message, chat, or over the phone. Just go to support.VIZIO.com and click on ‘Contact Us’.
