Absolutely Beautiful 4k TV.. Perfect size for bedroom.. Super fast shipping.. Bargain price, was easy to set up. Only thing was picture was overly bright out of box but simply toned it down in settings. Awesome 4k picture/Color.. highly recommended!

Lagging response on remote makes this unusable

Worked great the first day, but now the remote has such a long lag time that this TV is basically unusable. I reset everything both before and while calling customer support, including putting the TV back to factory settings, but that didn't fix the problem.
The volume buttons are the worst. They often don't work at all, or will only go up one or two levels before becoming unresponsive. Sometimes after about a minute, the TV will respond all at once to the buttons you had pushed earlier and the volume may suddenly jump 20 levels. And the channel will change, along with anything else you tried to see if any buttons work. I downloaded a remote on my phone, and that was even worse than the factory remote. (A couple apps I downloaded didn't work at all or didn't seem to have any function except selling me the premium version.)
To make things worse, Vizio customer support's system was down when I called. They could walk me through the trouble-shooting steps I'd seen online, but weren't able to open a file at the time to do anything beyond that.
A quick Google search shows the lagging remote is apparently a big problem with Vizio, even if it didn't jump out at me in the reviews. I'm returning this for a different brand. It's unbelievable they could put out a product with a known problem that makes the product unusable.

This TV seems great for the first few months, but true to cheap electronic warranty form, after a year it is slow as molasses, painful to try and page through to channel selections, keeps disconnecting from the wifi, and just sloooooooooooowww. Pay more money for something with a bit of longevity. We bought 2 of these and also stayed in a rental home that had one and all had the same issue.
