Excellent service, easy set up, clear picture, and great sound.

I was looking for a 40-43" TV for our bedroom and, after months of researching numerous brands at various stores (both online and brick & mortar). I researched samsung, sharp, sony insignia you get the picture. But one brand kept popping up with high marks from MANY satisfied owners and that brand and model happened to be this Vizio 43" full array smart HDTV model D43-D2. This TV piqued my interest to say the least, it had everything I was looking for in that screen size range including; smart features, WiFi & Ethernet connections, 3 HDMI inputs, optical audio out, 120 Hz refresh rate (doubled when you use the clear action mode) just to mention a few. The price was low to mid range for this size with these features so, I went ahead and took the plunge. I've had it now for about 8 hours and to be honest out of the box the picture really didn't impress me all that much but, after some tweaking especially with the calibration it displays a BEAUTIFUL, bright, clear, rich picture, tweak the sound and, out of many flat panel TVs I've purchased through out the years this TV boasts the best sound from its original 2x10 watt speakers, mind you we have it in a bedroom. The only negative thing I could find is that when you use the clear action mode the screen dims a bit still trying to work on that issue. Overall this is a an awesome TV and not "just for the money". Oh and if your a gamer like me, fugget about it, incredible picture from my Xbox one. Buy this TV before the masses are made aware of the quality and features you get for this price and they all sell out. Here is how I have this TV calibrated, go to menu, color calibration, color tuner: RED HUE:0 SATURATION: 0 BRIGHTNESS:37 GREEN HUE:0 SAT: -15 BRIGHT: -5 BLUE: HUE: -10 SAT:0 BRIGHT: -12 CYAN: HUE: -2 SAT: -24 BRIGHT: -8 MAGENTA: HUE: -5 SAT: 0 BRIGHT: 0 YELLOW HUE: -2 SAT: -6 BRIGHT: 0 OFFSET: -1, 0, 0 GAIN: -21, -1, 7 11 POINT WHITE BALANCE GAIN 30% RED -29 GREEN -24 BLUE -24 Hope this helps someone out there. Let me know if you have a better configuration.

This TV was a replacement for a 2010 Panasonic Plasm. It took sometime to get used to the more easily shaken TV (15lbs vs 55lbs) - I prefer the substantial weight. The picture is the most jarring difference, newer TVs are all set to these unrealistic "vivid" settings out of the box, sorry folks I prefer real world, that just took a visit to the picture setting and selecting "calibrated" view. Plasma TVs also had wider angles without loss of brightness, this takes some getting used to as well. The blacks are very good and approach what my plasma gave me but the brightness is lower unless I tweak it and thenI lose my calibrated colors and get some washed out skin tones. Compared to many modern TVs at this price point this one is quite good, it also has 3 HDMI in and full composite inputs.

We love it so far. Great picture. Easy to set up. The only thing I don't like is that there are no buttons on the tv to power on or off, change volume, ect and the cords in the back of the tv connect on on both sides screen instead of in the center like most other flat screens, so the cords can be seen under the screen behind the tv. I wish the cords could be hidden but it's a pretty awesome tv otherwise. Picture is fantastic once the color setting is set appropriately. Love the (wireless) Smart TV features!

Recently bought this TV after returning a larger model and so far am very happy with it. The TV was easy to set up and has been working great. I love that the remote has a Netflix button and easy access to apps. Overall a great TV with good picture quality and easy to use.

So far so good for this tv. I have a room with 3 tvs with one larger, expensive tv in the middle and then I bought two of these to go on each side. This TV has been great so far. The picture quality is great and vizeo is becoming a very viable, cost effective tv. I was also pleasantly surprised by the sound. I would recommend!

Had it shipped to my house and it was properly packed in a shipping box with the tv in its original box. Double boxed and it came in intact all the way from California. Tech support was excellent over phone helping configure wifi connection. Top rate help. TV provides 125 hz refresh rate which is great for watching sports. Great value if you can get one.

At $300, this TV replaced a same sized Samsung, which was a great TV. But so far, this TV is so clear and detailed that you can almost see it in 3D, and its not a 3D TV. Sound is average for a TV.. But so far the picture is awesome. Smart Capable. Easy setup. Looks good on furniture. Very good deal.

If you're a picture snob, this might not satisfy you as a main home theater TV, but the picture quality is really good - great when you consider the price point - and it's fantastic for a second/bedroom TV. The smart TV functions work really well also - my wife uses it for Netflix (over WiFi) all the time.

This was my first smart TV, and after much research and reading reviews I decided to buy the Vizio in the D series. It has amazing color and sound, and I really love the apps. I use the Netflix, Hulu and YouTube frequently. And now that we have DirectTV, it's even better!

This TV has a very good picture with a good color range. Good sound, too. Easy to set up and configure. It comes with many apps, including Netflix, Amazon Streaming, and Hulu, so you can easily stream using wi-fi. I hooked up a Mohu antenna to get local channels.

This tv was easy to set up my 15 year old son did it for me. The only thing about tv I do not like are the tiny little feet. It made me have to go buy a long console table to fit tv on, as my tv stand did not accomadate the leith on tv

This is a gaming/kids tv and it is perfect for games and dvds, Its easy to set up and I would highly recommend. The price is amazing. A tv this size is perfect for you basic needs and electronics hookups and provides a nice picture for $329

I am surprised that I purchased this smart tv for only $300 bucks. i appreciate the picture quality; I support all Vizio brand television. I recently, had to buy this Tv because my old vizio tv was on it last leg; However, speaking of legs, I dislike the small leg stands. I have little confidence that those legs will keep my tv safe; I suggest buying a tv stand mount or mount it to a wall.

I replaced a 32" Vizio that we had for 7 years. I have a small wall to mount the TV to so I couldn't go too big. I was able the use the previous wall mount kit for the new TV. Set up was easy and since the cable box is close, I was able to connect via ethernet so I could access Netflix. Picture is good. Best part was the TV was cheaper than Walmart and it was delivered a week earlier than estimated.

I have always been a fan of Vizio TVs but this is by far my favorite one. Netflix is easy to navigate to and the picture quality is amazing. Great TV at an amazing price.

Perfect TV for the family. Clear picture and easy to use all of the apps. This is our second Vizio, and we love this brand!
