It's a 2023 model, one would think that by know, companies would do a better job with the quality of their products. The tv tuner lacks basic data features like signal strength, information on the program you're watching and there is no programing guide. Networks provide these features, but this tv wont let you take advantage of them. It's also not ATSC 3.0 ready. The $26 a year in power consumption is another thing to take in mind. Other 43" tv's only take $12 for reference. Overall a good deal, it has a lot of good features, but also missing some basics.

If you purchased it from a 3rd party re seller, it's possible that something happened to remove the accessories that was outside of our control.
