    My Son needed a new TV to get a better advantage for his new Xbox and this was a great choice. Its not the full 120hz but it has vrr and that's great for gaming. Very happy with this TV.

    Died about 2 weeks after warranty expired. Likely another "planned obsolescence" where components are rated to last just outside of warranty.

    Bought April 2023 and now December 2024 the screen cuts out making the tv unusable. The screen turns to a white grey checkerboard after a few minutes of use. This was my first Vizio purchase ever, and probably my last.

    Nice TV but 80 days in the screen went out. 30% of the screen has lines through it and it’s not viewable.

    Sound wasn't the best, interface wasn't the best, however interface is better than roku at least.

    Got the RV setup and it would NOT work. Called the company Vizio and they said they would send a tech out in 5-7days? Well that is unacceptable, so I am returning the TV and looking for a FULL REFUND, not a store credit.

    This TV barely lasted a year and I'm assuming the black lights went out. Money down the drain seeing as the store wont help me.

    if its not connected to internet regularly, it will act up and sometimes wont turn on at the first few tries. Also tje controller stopped working after 5 months

    We had no idea that Best Buy had a 15-day return policy! We have never liked the picture quality; however, we thought we could return the TV and exchange it for another TV. Your policy prohibited that from happening. Will never buy another thing from BB.
