She use an antenna to view her shows however there is no numbers on the remote which makes it difficult for her to view her shows. I will purchase a universal remote

Technology has definitely progressed in the last few years. Cons: -I can’t stand seeing the “suggested” movies and tv shows. Even when you turn the tracking off, the featured stuff may be something I don’t want my family to see when we turn the tv on. Example: it’s October and their are TONS of gruesome horror promos, and as soon as you turn on the tv that’s all you see. That alone makes me want to get rid of this tv and find another one. -The volume on the TV can get loud but it gets very distorted even in the mid 20’s :/
