Slow, clunky and always issues

The home pge is always loading and take 2 to 5 power offs to get going. Loses connection to the internet and my speeds near it are 250+ download and 30+ upload. It makes no sesne why it constantly crashes and doesnt work seemlessly. Im.stucking with LG. I have an LG farther away from the wifi and works perfect.

Nothing bigger than a ‘50 inch would fit. This Vizio tv was the perfect size and the 4k was a plus! Very satisfied with my purchase at the price I paid. I will purchase again.

Dead pixel only a few months after buying

Never again buying VIZIO

Right after the Return date window, it began to take several seconds for it to power on. It would stay on a black screen for about 10 seconds and then i got a big white line going from the top to the bottom of the screen. Unplugged the tv plugged it back in. Screen turned on but now i have a faint line where the white line appeared. Very dissapointed with my purchase and best buy doesnt wanna let me exchange it for a different one. Im even willing to pay more for a better TV

A great Television for the price

From the time i have used it the picture looks great, Dolby vision helps colors pop. Integrates with my sound bar with no issues at all.

However in reading Consumer Reports reviews of Vizio TV’s of this size and larger, I noticed they were the lower rated brands. Perhaps I should have went with a Samsung.

Almost a great tv

Other than all the tvs being broke it would be a really nice tv when it works its really good. Too bad.

Broken TV, no resolution, lost my money.

In-store customer service did not help at all. We unboxed and connected this product only to find the screen was shattered. We tried to return it only to be told that we probably broke it. The store refused to exchange it; we were redirected to customer service online/via phone. The rep then tried to send us back to the store; after explaining the stores unwillingness (or inability) to assist us, she reluctantly provided a label. The product was returned to us. So we were left holding the bag. We've shopped at bestbuy (my son and I) loyally for over 10 years; we've bought all of our computers and several electronics here. We've had several return situations and we've never been questioned, doubted, or had any issues. This experience denied us the opportunity to be able to give this product an honest review, and instead left us without a tv, and without our money. On top of it, I can't help but feel that they treated us as if we were lying.

Generally, if Vizio ships a product, and the product is received damaged we will send out a replacement TV. Sadly, since the TV was purchased through a retail partner, you will want to stay in contact with the retailer to get this issue resolved. We will pass on the feedback to our retail partners as well.
