    Price was okay but I am not happy with the tv at all. This is the second Vizio I purchased. Will not purchase one again. Always seems to have one problem after another

    Don't be fooled, does not work with AirPlay

    I purchased a brand new Vizio TV with a large ad on the box that says "Compatible with AirPlay/Screen Mirroring," a feature I need for work. The TV does not connect via AirPlay. I contacted Vizio and they sent out a repairman who could not fix the TV and admitted that AirPlay doesn't work on these models. Talk about shady FALSE ADVERTISING. I requested a refund but Vizio said no and instead sent a replacement TV that ALSO DID NOT WORK. I requested a refund again and they instead sent the repairman out a second time, who again said this is ridiculous, this issue will never be fixed. I called Vizio again and they refused to issue a refund, suddenly saying that since I purchased the TV at Best Buy, they are not responsible for the fact that it's broken. Um... what? I then spoke with a supervisor who was so incredibly rude I was in shock. I will never, ever be purchasing another Vizio product.

      Airplay does work on these models, I apologize for the false information the repairman gave you. It is supposed to work and if a repair was failed vizio will setup a replacement not a refund. VIZIO

    Can't get full screen coverage after 3days. Went to screen ratio settings and pushed options and nothing changed. Very frustrating.

    I love the Smartcast tv app home. But every Vizio tv I bought had a hard time connecting to a sound bar. Otherwise a great TV.

    Hardware Defects: 2 TVs Failed w/in 6 Months

    We bought one of these last October and it completely failed w/in the first week. Best Buy replaced it with another, but then that one failed this month, less than 6 months after purchase. There's obviously some sort of manufacturing hardware defect with this model. Vizio will only replace them with a refurbished one, i.e. some other one that's also probably failed and they fixed. They obviously weren't building these to last but didn't expect them to fail so fast, i.e. before the 1 year warranties expired. This is the last Vizio TV we'll ever buy.

    Bad for long terms

    I recently purchased this TV about six months ago, and initially, everything was working great. However, this morning, I encountered a significant issue. Upon turning on the TV, I was greeted with a black screen adorned with vertical stripes, and none of the buttons seemed to respond. Despite attempting to troubleshoot by unplugging and replugging the device, the problem persisted. Eventually, I managed to get it to turn back on, but the display now exhibits visible vertical stripes, and the overall image quality has deteriorated, appearing pixelated. Needless to say, I'm quite disappointed with this unexpected turn of events.

    I've been using Visio TV's for many yrs. I had this one for only three weeks when it when out. Very disappointed that the return policy is only 14 days when you charge $200 to install. Not happy.

    Welp, this had a messed up screen right out of the box. So I took it back. and bought a Samsung. I thought I'd save a few bucks and go against my better judgment. Well yeah had to return it. Im not saying these tvs aren't any good but from what I learned, this modle year has had some display issues.
