    This television had a really nice picture and all was well at first. within three days, the television would start to bog down when I was changing channels and it got to a point that the television would completely freeze up. The Vizio fix was to crawl behind my entertainment each time, unplug the television, wait a while, then plug it back in. unacceptable to say the least!

    Can’t get smart cast to work after rebooting over and over. Worked for a couple days now can’t watch anything on the tv

    NEVER BUY OPEN BOX/ have delivery

    Terrible OPEN BOX Vizio TV came cracked in the box- the store “couldn’t/ wouldn’t “ validate my receipt as if I can steal a 43” TV. Still fighting to return the TV- was told its past the return period.
