Great price, great TV. Went in looking for a good sized tv for my 2 bedroom and this was a good purchase. Would recommend.

Pretty good TV overall. We bought this to replace a Vizio HD model in our exercise room so we could play 4K movies rather than being limited to over-the-air shows. Works great for that use. Really good picture and OK-enough audio. Same crappy controller with no number pad that all TVs seem to come with these days.

Drove an hour and a half to get to this specific store because this was a specially priced open box item. Not only had the employees had the item cleaned and bubble wrapped for safe transport, but they scavenged the store to find me a compatible remote when they sensed my dissapointment that the item did not have one with it when I arrived. Great bunch of guys that take customer satisfaction very seriously and made a long uncomfortable drive worth the while for me. Best Buy needs to know that these kind of people are an asset. I hope they at leats receive a phone call and a verbal pat on the back from corporate so that they also can feel a bit of the type of appreciation that they made me feel while at their store. This is a great TV for the price. The contrast ratio and colors are very solid, which I expect from my years of buying Vizio products. In game mode, this even worked well as a 4K computer monitor. The only downside to monitor use, was if you sit too close the VA panel has noticeable picture variation in your peripheral vision.

My sister wanted this because she needed a new generation TV, but didn’t want to spend a ton of money. For $250 it gives a good 4K picture, and if you’re a gamer it offers VRR (which is nearly impossible to find at this price point). The sound is DEFINITELY lacking.
