Too bad you just can't adjust through the tv itself. I'm also not crazy about the speakers or sound. I can't figure out a way to direct the sound output like on my old Mitsubishi. Even when not in surround sound mode you have to have it on a higher volume setting which means the tv is heard in other areas of the house.
