Good picture quality easy to set up, built in Chromecast is easy to use especially with phone app. volume is the only drawback, still loud enough for where I put it but for a larger room would certainly need to buy an additional sound bar

Although it didn't come with a stand or remote because it was an open box item I still love it....

With the super bowl coming up what better time to get a new tv. Sales person was very knowledgeable. This tv has a great picture and does everything. I can even control it from my iPhone. Also great for video games. Fast refresh speed. Smart tv at a great value.

Great picture and very easy to use. The Chromecast takes nothing to setup and works fabulously. Love all the available connections to plug into. The bezel is super thin creating a great viewing experience.

Great picture and easy to use Chromecast feature made this a great gift for my parents. What it lacks in features and extras, it makes up for in price. If you are looking for a decent TV at a great price, this is a great purchase.

It's the only TV that would fit in my car. However, it's not the only reason I've chosen it. Visio'S are a great brand. I love the picture on it. I recently cut the cord so I stream everything on it using the Visio SmartCast.

I love this Visio tv. Picture is clear, easy to operate and fits perfectly in my small place. The guys who installed it were professional and efficient. I also,appreciate the price match that Best Buy honors.

Easy to set up and connect to wifi and cable. I was in the market for some tv's for my children's bedrooms. Came across this Vizio 48" Perfect size and price point. Good picture and sound quality.

This TV has great color, easy to set up and the picture quality over all is very good. Definitely recommend this over any other brand unless you have the extra to spend on a Samsung or Sony.

The download app for this Visio product is almost impossible to download. I only solved this problem by purchasing the Firestick. The picture quality is good. I would not recommend this product if you want to use Netflicks

Good picture but lousy remote - you are expected to use Smartcast on you tablet, phone, pad but its not smooth going doing initial setting up - should give an option to buy standalone remote. Right now the TV powers off from time to time while watching. Used to be daily multiple times first few days, now 3-4 times a week. Called Vizio to adjust settings but don't think it has helped. Likely, I received a faulty unit.

I purchased this TV about a year ago and truly like the picture, only complaint is the Very Basic Remote control. But overall very happy with this for the bedroom.

Such a great tv. It's a smart tv so you can access Netflix, Hulu, YouTube, etc on it, but that's not even all: you can do it all from your phone. Say if you have the Netflix app on your phone, you can AirPlay whatever your watching on your phone to your tv. You can also use your phone as the tv remote: just download the smartcast app and you can turn the tv on/off, adjust volume, and even change inputs. Not only all these awesome features, but the picture quality is unbelievable as well. Such an awesome tv.

For some reason this 1080p tv is functioning as 720p. Called both Best Buy & cable co, to no avail. To give the benifit of the doubt, I have yet to read the manual (owned for a little over a month; new apt., no time). Set up was easier than getting the T.V. into my Honda Civic. Picture is clear & crisp for the most part. It's a T.V., I'm not married to it. Mostly satisfied w/it --serves it's purpose.

I read many reviews before purchasing this TV - many positive but I was aware that this TV worked best when it was synched with a phone or tablet, so the negative reviews (most if not all were that the remote was pathetic and that the customer did not like needing to download software in order to use a cell phone as a remote) did not bother me. The picture quality is outstanding, the cost great and once you get used to using your smartphone as the "main" remote (the TV does come with a remote, and if you have cable, DISH, Direct TV, etc., you can use their remote) it works great.
