Awesome sound and true dolby atmos. Easy to setup.

I did a lot of research before purchasing this soundbar and it did not disappoint. The sound quality is wonderful and I have tried multiple types of movies with Dolby as well as the PS5 gaming system with it. Set up is easy however getting all the settings just right did take a little bit for me. I do wish the rear speakers were wireless, but also understand latency issues so I am ok with it

Wow this sound bar is amazing. I have no other experience with Dolby Atmos sound bars so I can’t compare this to another one, however I can compare this one to a few other non atmos sound bars and what a huge difference. The surround sound of this system is awesome. You really can hear things from all around you as well as above you, a truly immersive experience

The audio quality is decent on this unit, the surrounds can be turned up enough that you know that they're there. The subwoofer isn't overwhelmingly boomy like some cheaper subs can be. My biggest gripe with this is the fact that it constantly disconnects from my television. I have tried hooking it up with HDMI and E-ARC as well as optical. It seems like the soundbar decides to go to sleep and has to be completely reset to reconnect. This is quite annoying and leads to the unit being used at about 50% of the time the television is being used. I have attempted multiple software/firmware updates and this hasn't solved the issue.

This is a huge improvement over their previous series of Atmos Soundbars from a reliability standpoint. The audio is crystal clear, the bass is fantastic, and the height speakers do a pretty good job assuming you have a good room layout and ceiling for it. If you can get this on sale, it's a no-brainier.

I love this soundbar. Superb sound quality. Easy mounting. The subwoofer is powerful. Makes watching movies such an amazing experience. No theatre needed when you got this system.

The sound that comes out of these speakers is very good, but I'm having some connectivity issues with my Sony X900H. It might be me, the speakers, compatibility, etc but I will continue tweaking to see if I can get rid of those minor issues

For the price, a great system for 400 sq/ft room or less. I’ve always been a “full speaker/amplifier set-up” kind of guy, but, I gotta admit, this system is pretty impressive. The small sub thumps. Very happy with this purchase. Surround is also sweet once you get the settings tuned in.

One of the best sounding 5.1 soundbars I've heard, supports all major codecs and positioning is perfect. Remote is straight forward, love the display on it. No unnecessary features, but everything you do need. Subwoofers hits really low, a lot better than you'd expect. I would highly recommend this if you want Atmos (and all other codecs) at an amazing pricepoint

Very solid soundbar. I love the fact that it has Dolby atmos. It has the Top 2 up firing speakers that reflects off your ceiling to give that atmos sound. It has a very immersive sound. The only drawback is that it doesn’t have wifi connection but you can still pair other devices with bluetooth

Just installed. All i can say is Amazing!!. I even have a older 2009 Vizio TV without EARC and ARC and it still sounds amazing. I used the optical cable. I got this soundbar so when i upgrade TV's soon that support EARC and dolby atmos i will already have a bar to use. It actually sounds miles better than the old Bose Cinemate i was using for the past 12 years. Great Job Vizio!!!.

so pleased with the sound. Rich bass, towering sound, so fun to watch movies and sports with toys soundboard system. Have owned it for over a year and no issues.

This setup sounds absolutely fire, especially if your TV supports eARC. A couple things that I would like to note, is that if you plan to mount this Soundbar like me just know this Soundbar does not come with mounting bolts or anchors for your wall. For some reason Vizio doesn't sent a paper user manual with their products, so I had to go online just to read more info on the unit. Also the wall template is garbage its a piece of paper and really doesn't help at all. You will have to get anchors and bolts for not only the Soundbar, but the rear speaker satellites if you intend to mount those as well. One last thing the speaker wire for the rear satellites are 25ft in length so keep that in mind on if they will work in your current viewing setup or not. I hid the speaker wire very easily under the baseboards of the wall.

I thought to myself how is 2 speakers and a sound bar going to give me surround sound? Everyone that is reading this, please believe me it does. I have always had 5 speakers and to drop down to 3 and a subwoofer. The subwoofer that I was using was nearly 3 times the size of this one. The speakers are so small. Then the magic happened. I set it up and turned it on and was sitting there with my mouth open in disbelief. Mentally saying Wow. I can hear the smallest of sounds. Looking out my window because I heard something and it was the sound coming from the speakers. BUY them. They will surprise you in a good way

Wow!! I have been searching for the right soundbar for some time now. For me there has to be a perfect balance between highs and lows. The lows are ultra important! I have purchased 3 different high end sound bars in the $1,800 plus price range, all have poor low end performance. Using ratings.com to help me find what I was looking for it showed this model with similar soores to some higher end soundbars at a fraction of the price. So I purchased it with nothing to lose and WOW! I finally found a winner!! This soundbar sounds amazing. It's clean, balanced and the bass truly thumps! I can't believe I purchased a Vizio soundbar! This think beat the Samsung 990B, Nakamichi shockwaf and Sony 7000!! It's hard to believe this is even possible at this price point but it's real. I was really skeptical as I unpacked it and realized the rear surround are powered through the sub, almost boxed it back up before I gave it a chance. But I was determined to know if the ratings.com review was accurate and wow, YES it is!! Hearing is believing! Give it a try, you won't be disappointed!

I got this new sound bar to replace my old Vizio sound bar which worked just fine ... but I wanted a better newer system, so I bought this unit... Super easy setup and great sound ...

Vizio's M-Series 5.1.2 is a very good sub-$500 Dolby Atmos soundbar. It offers impressive surround sound immersion, a sleek look, and easy usability. It may not be the best sub-$500 Dolby Atmos soundbar ever made but that doesn't mean it's not worth every penny.

Been using this soundsystem for a few months now. At first i thought the sound was just okay. after taking the time to adjust the levels of the sounbdar as well as updating its firmware i am genuinely happy with the purchase. it gets plenty loud but just make sure you have the correct EQ mode to get the most out of them

I took a chance and ordered a like new return and I have say this thing was definitely new. I have a decent sized living room, and the sound delivers! Booming bass that I have to turn down so the neighbors don't complain. Clear dialogue and great levels.
