The sound is very good and the remote screen helps you do the settings or choose the modes, the only challenge was getting the side speakers to work otherwise i still got good quality music without connecting side speakers.

Dialogue is especially crisp and clear. And the addition of the rear surround speakers sound awesome and is a pleasant surprise given the price point (I highly recommend using the added speakers as rear speakers to get optimal sound from this system). The menu settings are a tad confusing at first, but once I realized that the volume for a particular setting (treble, center, bass, etc.) show up on the soundbar itself, it was a piece of cake to fine-tune. By the way, I am using this setup in a moderate sized bedroom with 8 foot ceilings for your reference.

This is our second Visio sound bar and this one has better sound clarity and more stable bass. I like that the remote has backlight for the screen, something the old system didn't have. I have it connected to a fairly new Samsung 65" LCD, but for some reason I can't get the sound perfectly synced with the TV no matter what the source and no matter how I adjust the settings. It could be the TV.
