I was not impressed and am seriously considering returning it...not to mention the cost of a brand new one is now $50 cheaper than the open box one I purchased but that's just my luck. I live in a small apartment and am no audiophile by any stretch of the imagination but I feel I could have gotten a similar quality sound from some thing half the cost, this only seems to make the tv louder . I have googled a bit about suggested tweaks to get a better sound still not satisfied. I was warned that explosions were a bit lacking and that was an understatement. It sounds like any explosion or gunfire was added in after the fact and not at the same volume. Any background audio seems quite disconnected from the scene. Dialogue is great even when it's not cranked up. Also the audio sync issues are still present but only occasionally. I don't know maybe I am expecting too much from a sound bar. I'm going to give a little more time to decide before my return window closes.
