    Bestbuy sold me a broken sound system. It only came with the soundbar. No subwoofer, no satellite speaker, no remote, and none of the cords.

    This atom sound bar really bad service..the atom sound bar didn’t work properly with my tv remote..I’m really angry with this product..

    Function was good, but the quality is poor. Could lost power or sound randomly. Could not power on randomly.

    Like many others on here, the speaker stopped working after about a year. It was good while it lasted but the product should last much longer.

    Will not stay on. Every time we pause or fast forward the tv we have to reset the sound. I wish we had no purchased this.

    This unit would short outs and finally stopped working all together just 3 months after buying it. I would not reccomend it.

    I would never buy this sound bar again. It is junk. The sound is good when it works just don’t hook it up using the eARC inputs.

    I read a lot of reviews on this sound bar set and when I got home I was very disappointed. I don’t recommend this at all

    Audio does not always come on when TV is turned on. Have spent much time trying to initiate audio. Plan on returning

    Stay away if you have a high end tv. Sound quality paled in comparison to the internal speakers of my LG cx.

    Lol...I ordered an open box product and it didn’t come with a remote, any cords, or the speakers.

    Great Sounding but Atmos falls short

    I had an older discrete 5.1 speaker surround system but my receiver was out of date and wouldn’t pass 4k material so I decided to get a new system. I really wanted atmos but not willing to invest a lot $$$ . I read the reviews of this soundbar and found it at best buy during prime week and got a great deal. The Good - The sound is really good for this price point and probably a good value at twice the price. This is my first soundbar and am blown away at how it fills the room. The center channel is excellent at delivering dialogue. For my size room I really couldn’t ask for more. The “OK” - Setup could have been easier. It did take a long time. I’m not sure if its a hardware or software issue but after a lot attempts I was finally able to get the app to connect to the speaker. The ATMOS is also just “ok”. It does give you a fuller/higher “front bubble” and 360 wall of sound than a standard 5.1 would and there are couple instances where I could discern sounds from above but not really like I expected/hoped. I’m not sure any soundbar could deliver on this promise without discreet ceiling speakers. The not so great... - “Three’s a Charm” The first soundbar died after about a day of using it. After spending quite a bit of time with Vizio support we couldn’t revive it. I returned it to Best Buy and got a second unit. After 2 days it died as well. Vizio sent me a third unit and so far after about a month I haven’t had any problems. I still am giving the speaker 4 stars because a product is only as good as the customer support when something goes wrong. Vizio’s customer support is exceptional. They did everything possible to make sure I was happy. Their online website for uploading your receipt could use some work... but on the phone and via email they are friendly and helpful. Overall, I highly recommend this product just keep your ATMOS expectations realistic. Hopefully overtime it will get better. But I love this soundbar and Vizio has earned a loyal customer though their support. As a side, I wasn’t thrilled with my experience at Best Buy when I had to return the first unit. The service guy made me wait until he fully “inspected” the returned unit. I was frustrated enough having to return it and he made feel like I was trying to pull something over on them. Not a good way to keep customers.
