Good sound for the money. Set up was easy and has worked well so far.

Bought this on Black Friday 2019 and it was the best sound system for the price ever! Dolby sound is amazing! But I do have issues with it randomly not connecting and I have to reset/disconnect the tv and speaker and re plug them for them to sync together again. Not sure if it’s because the tv is older and uses Anynet to connect to it?

The vizio 5.1.2 System capable of Dolby Atmos its a perfect sound system for the people who wants great sound without paying the big amount of money, the sound its great and its an upgrade from the sound of my Q8F Samsung tv perfect for a home theather system.

One of the better overall soundbar sytems for the price. Big on bass. Sound quality is above average but for an audiopgile you might want to spend on something higher tier than this one. Has some glitches where it needs to be restarted every now and then.

We recently upgraded from an old 55" smart HDTV to a new LG 4K TV, paired with a 4K Apple TV. I wanted a wireless setup for our living room, and this was on sale as an open-box item that was actually never even opened. The subwoofer is wireless, and the two satellite speakers plug into the subwoofer...effectively making them somewhat wireless. I mounted the satellite speakers up in the back corners of our living room facing down and angled toward our seating. Then I bought some paintable cord covers with self-adhesive strips to mount on the walls to conceal the cords. My wife picked up a small pint of paint of our living room's color, and I painted them to match the walls. The sound of this system is incredible...love having the surround sound for movies & games. We feel like we're IN the movie/game.

This is a awesome Dolby Atmos 5.1.2 sound bar for the price, I got it for $299. I have it connected with an Apple TV 4k, a HDMI 2.1 high speed cable, and a Samsung 4k HDR TV. I have not had any problems and the sound quality is very good.

I got this on the early access black friday deal for 300. I am very happy about my purchase. This has replaced my current soundbar system and has enhanced it ten fold. I have it hooked up to a 65 inch Samsung 4k curved tv and a LG UBK90 4k blu-ray player with Dolby Atmos. This system is intended for a BIG room and does not disappoint. I now feel like I am at the Movie Theater when I watch movies. Great Job Vizio!!!

Sounds good. Set up was challenging but I am not sure yet if it was because I have an LG tv that is not a smart tv. It possibly would have been a smooth set up if I had a smart tv. At the moment I’m not sure what made the set up so difficult but I did finally figure it out and got connected. As far as sound quality it works well.

Great Value!! I've heard other Dolby Atmos soundbars and this one hangs in there with the most expensive ones! Set up was easy and even works great with my LG Oled through hdmi eArc.

I have the latest cable box from Verizon Fios and a TCL 5S535 TV. I have an "8K HDMI 2.1, 6ft, 8K@60Hz,4K@120Hz, Ultra-high Speed 48Gbps, Dynamic HDR, and eARC Compatible" cable connected beween the "HDMI Out (ARC)" on the soundbar and the "HDMI (ARC)" port on the TV. I also did not use the "HDMI IN" on the soundbar for the first time setup. When the cable box is connected to the "HDMI IN" on the soundbar, using the provided cable, it works. However, when I switch to the Prime channel on my Roku TV, the sound cuts out for couple of seconds about every 30 seconds - unacceptable. When I connected the cable box to one of the HDMI inputs (not the ARC) on the TV everything works - no sound cutouts. Great, but will I be able to process a Dolby ATMOS signal with this setup? I selected this TV and soundbar to have ATMOS capability. If not the ratings for quality and value go down to poor.

This is a solid setup for the price, I'm sure if you spent hundreds of dollars more you can find something better but the quality that comes out is good. Watch Civil War , Endgames and infinity War and the fight scenes were very enjoyable. Didn't like the fact the rear speakers have to be wired to the subwoofer. I would consider my living room to be medium sized.

The clarity of sound is great and has a great range of scale. I have the system set next to the TV and causes it to disconnect some of the time. Directions state that a 6ft distance should be used is using Bluetooth connect for wireless operation. That is the only issue and it is from my setup and not the systems fault.

Pretty good sound coming from this sound bar. Sadly the Dolby atmos effect doesn’t do much as it’s very mundane but it’s still noticeable with some movies that have a lot of heigh activity. Overall it’s pretty decent and gets the job done fairly well. Recommend for small and medium sized rooms with a ceiling that’s not too high.

Overall is a great sounding system. I live in a small apartment and it is located in the living room. The setup process was a little difficult but once you pass that hurdle it is pretty straightforward. It doesn't have a display but the remote has one so you can see what you are controlling. Otherwise I prefer tweaking the system trough the app.

If you’re only willing to spend around 400 or less to make the biggest impact on your tv listening experience this might be it, and might convince you you don’t need much more. I fiddled around with the equalizer app to dampen the harsh sub and try to boost the midrange sounds. Atmos content is a delight, Hamilton and Mandalorian come alive with these speakers. When strong height channel sounds kick in it feels like there is a wall of sound. Chromecasting through Spotify work seamlessly and replace some music jobs my smart speaker do in the same space. Occasionally the bar disconnects from hdmi arc if not playing something for a while but off on resets. It’s not perfect but for the price it is incredible.

I purchased Soundbar after comparing it to other sound bars such as Bose, Polk, Samsung, and Sony. Vizio offered the best overall sound for the price. I couldn’t be happier! I would recommend this product whole heartily.

The sound that is generated by the system is phenomenal. For the price it was a steal. This sound bar produces exactly what is in it's advertising. Coupled with the LG oled 48" CX TV it is breathtaking.

The sound is excellent on the back speakers and woofer. The sound bar really makes you feel like you're in the theater. Great so far hope it lasts. Last system I had was Samsung and died after a year. Never buy Samsung again.

I've had a cheapo sound bar for almost 5 years now and have been wanting to upgrade for a while. The reviews for this system convinced me and it was Black Friday, so I decided to take the plunge. I'm glad I did! This has great sound and ease of use for the price! The app is good, I sometimes have issues with it not connecting with the sound system properly and had a few small hiccups with setting it all up, but those issues are small and easy to fix (and honestly might be somewhat due to my wifi network being touchy from time to time and not the app itself). I really like how easy it is to tweak the volume levels of each speaker and the equalization on the fly. I'm quite happy with my purchase.

Very happy with the purchase. Read a lot about soundbar systems. Many sources rated it among the best system available in the $500 range. When Best Buy dropped the price to $300, i jumped on it. Simple to install, it sounds great! I really like that i can hear conversations very clearly during movies.
