Bought an open box return from best buy that was geek squad certified but turned out to be a lemon geek squad needs more training. So I called Vizio for help trouble shooting Vizio determined it was bad and told me not to return it back to best buy. Vizio emailed me a shipping label I returned it to Vizio which in return was replaced with a new sound bar . Now this sound bar is working well the only problem is when you turn on the TV the TV flickers a couple of times before the it turns on and the sound bar turns on want to also add that I have a Vizio 65 inch e series not two months old also Vizio provided me with great customer service thank you Vizio

just wow! the bass is deep the sound is crisp and it will totally immerse you in the film. Make sure you have a device capable of streaming Dolby Atmos to get the full effect

Love the sound!! It really makes you feel inside the movie. Only “issue” is that sometimes it doesn’t connect automatically when turning on the tv.

Good sound, but limited input options. The wireless rare speakers connect, with wires, to a bluetooth adapter that you hide behind your couch.

This is an ok system for the price. The sound quality is nice. I would say if Visio would make the smaller speakers totally wireless if possible so they were not wired into the sub it would be better. Nothing worse than ugly wires showing. The speakers themselves have decent output. Connecting this was the biggest pain and the auto shut off. Having to install an app for speakers to my tv is silly. Maybe that’s because I haven’t bought a new tv and sound bar in the better part of 6 years.

I bought this on sale for a great price and couldn't be happier. Once I figured out the setup (read the manual guys) and set all the proper settings on my LG OLED TV to match the soundbars settings, it started working like a charm! The rear speakers put out a decent sound for their size. Great soundbar for someone looking for a low cost Dolby Atmos system.

Awesome sound bar for the price, can't beat it. The bass is great and it's overall totally worth the money. Was having some connectivity issues that my other 5.1 channel soundbar from Vizio isn't having. Also, this 5.1.2 system has a cheaper feeling remote than the cheaper 5.1 system by Visio. Overall great and the cable length is plenty long for the satellite speakers.

For being a soundbar driven system, it still sounds great. I am in an apartment, but it fills the room great. Only complaint I have is Vizio and their Smartcast setup, such a pain.

Affordable compared to competitors and does what its suppose to do pretty well. Won’t blow your mind like some competitors but you get what you pay for. Atmos sounds pretty good.

bought it because I thought it had a fuller sound than some of the others in $200 to $400 price range. If I'm not mistaken, I believe the speakers are slightly larger on the soundbar than the regular 5.1 model. The reason for three stars is it was randomly shutting off while using it. I called support and had to reset soundbar. It's been a few days and it hasn't done it but I'm worried for long term. It was very annoying when it would happen. Might return it just because I don't want to take the chance it could start happening again.

Excellent sound and powerful bass from the subwoofer. Highly recommend!

Vizio continues to offer good products at a mid-range price. In this case the 5.1.2 soundbar offers excellent sound, but some of it's advanced features don't work as advertized. My biggest complaint with this product is that I cannot get it to join my network as advertised. I have downloaded the Vizio app for my Android phone (also have tried with an Apple phone) and followed the setup instructions for both wifi and bluetooth setup. I have this same issue with the 3.1.2 bar that I have also purchased.

Sound quality great for price. Stopped working completely not even a year old!!! Won’t even power on.

The speaker the surrounds and the subwoofer sound great. Can't beat it for the money.

As long as you aren't expecting the best quality just know that it's still good quality. The Atmos effect only works in rooms with flat ceilings of a certain height.
