The sound bar was on sale for $299 when I bought it. I had not owned a Vizio sound bar before, so I was keptical at first, but I gave it a try anyway because of the price. So far the sound bar performs great. I played some Atmos demos, and I could hear sound coming from different directions. One small problem is that the volume of two satellites speakers seems to be too low compared to the center bar, and it cannot be tuned independently from the center bar, so you have to tune the volume a little high for better experience.

So I went to my local Best Buy store. Listened to all the sound bars. Compared prices and came up with this being my best bang for my buck. I’m a huge bass head. So this sound bar not only is capable of my genre choices but my movies as well. It makes my new 75” TV feel new again.

The sound is balanced for movies as well as music. This budget friendly system beats some highly priced soundbars

This soundbar is amazing. I previously had some cheaper sound bars that didn't provide enough bass and they didn't have the ability to adjust your sound settings. This one has it all!! I bought it on sale and it has been so worth it. I highly suggest grabbing this soundbar if it's on sale again!!

This is a great affordable soundbar system. The best sound quality comes through using the HDMI port.

so far i love them.They connect to my tv easily and i was able to figure it all by myself in about half an hour along with setting it up

I had a 5.1 Vizio bar before but this 5.1.2 has been a great upgrade! Even if you are watching something that does not utilize upward firing speakers for Dolby Atmos, they still provide an excellent addition to movie quality by filling the room that much more with rich surround sound!

Bought a new house and there were already some surround speakers built in. After some testing of impedance, decided to use this for the soundbar and subwoofer and then wire the surrounds built in to the wall. Sounds amazing for the price! Super easy setup and integrated with my Samsung smart TV no problem

This is my second Vizio sound bar, previous one stopped working after 5 years. This model is a little smaller in size but sound is far superior and more “engulfing “ with its top side speakers. You really feel like in a movie theater!! Installation is simple and operation even more. Very happy with my new sound bar.

This system had a terrific sound. Unfortunately I had to return this system because the hdmi arc feature would get locked on one input and not switch to the input device that was actuallly powered on (direct tv box, sony 4K player or vizio’s own smart cast software for apps). It would literally take 2 to 10 minutes of pwering off tv, Soundbar, changing inputs to get the sound to work on the device I was trying to use. All firmware updates were downloaded. I called Vizio, factory reset tv and Soundbar. Reloaded firmware, same issue, changed hdmi cable that is used on my Samsung Soundbar hdmi arc input and same issue, Vizio reps were very nice, but, in the end they said hopefully a future firmware will fix this issue. I paid $399 before taxes, which was a great holiday price, but this issue is unacceptable. My Samsung soundbar has never had this issue. The Vizio rep said it was a known issue. FYI, you have to use the arc input to take advantage of the Atmos upward firing speakers, which is why I bought this system in the first place.until this issue is resolved I would stay away from any Vizio Atmos system. I do however love my Vizio p65 tv my wife bought me for Christmas !

This soundbar has excellent surround sound. After researching numerous soundbars, I found this one to be the cheapest with Dolby Atmos on the market. It was easy to set up and the easy to use app, installed on your phone, controls everything on the soundbar. I highly recommend the Visio Soundbar System.

Still playing with this and getting it the way I like, but for a small room it's a very affordable box solution. I didn't want to spend $4,000 on a Bose Lifestyle system for a small room but this is doing the trick. Could spend a bit more and go to the up to $800.00 range, but for my purposes it's worth it

I have a vizeo p series 65 inch. I bought this to boost the sound. The first few hours it worked amazing. Soon after it would cut out a few seconds every minute or two. I tried everything to fix it. I went to the website. I checked online faqs. I couldnt get it to work out. I ended up returning the system. I heard from many different sites and forums that the tv i bought has a hard time with audio connections. I tried other systems and had a multitude of problems. I dont believe it was the soundbar.

I was not expecting much from this little system but it delivers more than I hoped. Dolby Atmos and other surround sound codecs sound very good. If you don't have the room for discrete components or you prefer the minimalist look and size, this system is worthy of your consideration. Nice work Vizio.

I always leave reviews for fellow Best Buy people like me. We just purchased a Vizio 65” Smart tv with all the “bells & whistles”, and ABSOLUTELY LOVE IT...!! The sound bar on the other hand had to be returned as I cannot use the rear satellite speakers included in the set due to my living room set up.

The sound that this soundbar system produces is great. although i think it is a bit expensive for what you get.

Doesn't always stay connected to TV (Samsung 6 series) and didn't always work well with the PS4.

The sound is good. I like my bass where the windows shake so if you are looking for that this is not the system for you. If you want loud enough though this system rocks. The software is a bit buggy though with the remote and the app. I've had it take up to 20 seconds from pushing a button before anything happens. I reset to factory defaults and so far that issue has gone away, but with all software bugs it can come back :).

The sound quality is great. I purchased the step down from this model the previous year and still enjoy it however the atmos model has a larger subwoofer and larger rear speakers which definitely make a difference! I’ve had a few glitches with the volume buttons not responding but fixed by rebooting.4k HDR Dolby vision pass through are working from my Apple TV over hdmi. Some people said they were having issues but for me it works.

It sounds great! I usually only care for higher end like Bose and Sonos but this one surprised me a bit
