For the money it sounds pretty good. If you want excellent sound you will have to spend a lot more. Very satisfied

Regular built in TV speakers had me raising volume to 12 if not a Dolby show and 8 if show was Dolby. These speakers 3 is a great volume for shows with Dolby and 4 is great for sporting events to hear crowd noise, but I usually keep it on 3 unless my team is playing. If not Dolby then I usually keep on 4.

Sounds great, but turns off at random times independent of the TV status. Often needs to be reset. I'm used to dealing with it now, but it's so finicky that I couldn't leave a guest alone with the entertainment system and expect the sound to work. I do not recommend this product.

We love it. We put it above our fireplace with the subwoofer on the floor and the two satellite speakers behind our couches. My main home theater is down in the basement but this Soundbar is perfect for the living room. It has all of the modern features like Atmos and casting.

Sounds good.. slight crackle from sub and tweeters hear and there but good bang for the buck

This is a great entry level ATMOS soundbar. The setup was easy and the app is really convenient.

Easy set up with the three option choices. I was using a Denon with my in ceiling abd in floor speakers with additional satellites. The Vizio has replaced all if that. I can use it with my streaming channels, DVD, and cable TV. I am glad that I chose this over the Bose at a comparable price

this was the easiest to set up, I had a Polk system but the wiring would have to be put in the ceiling and so much work if I moved. Trust me I like good sounds and even better effects sound when watching movies, this VIZIO -5.1.2 SYSTEM TOTALLY SURPRISED ME.

So I'll get the good out of the way first. - Atmos on a budget - Attractive and easy to setup (when it works) - Sound quality is quite good (when it works). - Bestbuy same day delivery was insanely convenient. Okay now to all the faults. Within 24hrs of installing the HDMI arc port completely failed. We have a 2018 Vizio P65-F1 and things worked well for the first few hours. After a few sessions the soundbar failed to respond completely. I spent the next 2+ hours with vizio tech support. The first woman was somewhat rude, the second guy was much more helpful but made us walk through an extensive and extremely overkill checklist to see if the soundbar was setup correctly. Pretty much the next 2+ hours was spent plugging, unplugging, resetting, trying different connection methods, plugging it into another tv etc. Essentially it's a really crappy process. After the fault was detected and confirmed, we had to wait another hour for a callback to setup a replacement. At this point we were completely exhausted and any brand reputation that vizio had builtup with us was gone through the window. So here is process for a replacement, Vizio puts a $350 hold on your credit card, then sends a unit which takes 10-12 days, and then you have to package and return the faulty unit to them. Pretty much it's a huge hassle. We've decided to order a second set on best buy and return this one, and are hoping that best buy will be able to honor a replacement for such a poorly built product. Also it should be noted that if you have a 2018 vizio tv netflix and amazon apps that are native to the tv DO NOT support atmos. The only vizio app that supports it is Vudu. They do not plan update netflix to support atmos according to their twitter.

This is an awesome soundbar. Great bass. Wonderful clarity. Great addition to your home theater!

Really nice sound from the soundbar. Listening to Dolby Atmos sources you can make out that there is depth and height to the sound. One downside is that when connected to a wifi source, the soundbar will frequently check for updates preventing source sound from playing. Occasional issues with HDMI-ARC source but possibly could be issue with television and not soundbar.

This soundbar system does what I wanted it to do and for a lot less money than I expected to pay.

The system sounds so good for the price. Amazing! Unfortunately the mobile app is awful. Doesn't seem to work on Google Pixels so I had to use my iPad or my wife's iPhone. It also constantly broadcasts an SSID wireless signal which was interfering with my home wifi and causing me to feel nervous about exposure to network security issues.

A little complicated because of the remote but it sounds pretty good!

So...if you like immersive sound, this is pretty good. It even projects sound above you so when underwater scenes occur (assuming it was mastered appropriately) you hear the water above you...and all around you. Sound is great, I heard sounds from Infinity War that I didn't know where originally there.

The soundbar sounds really good on my bedroom with the sub rumbling my bed. Sound good on every part, netflix biggie, music from my galaxy phone, and even my phone casting to my Android box. It really makes a huge difference from my tv speakers and this product here

This surround set has really brought life to my small listening room. I'm still tweaking the system for the sound I like, but I have already spent hours listening to music and hearing things I haven't before. The speakers sound very good. Very nice sound for the price!

Great item for the price but! It fails in entertainment and quality as in 1. It fails to connect to media; Bluetooth, HDMI, optical (have not tried RCA cable). 2. Will disconnect from said connected media. 3. Will stay on as in it will turn itself on after turning the soundbar off, I can see the light from the bar when I get up in the morning. Not sure if I have a defective device but those are the reasons why I’m giving the soundbar one star. Ps. Yes, I have tried everything to remedy the problem. From resetting the soundbar, plugging in a different device and using a different cord, unplugging it and plugging it back in, check for updates, etc. perhaps it different for some people I don’t know man.

These sound great. I have the 5.1.4 in the living room, and 5.1.2's in my office and bedroom. My main home theater has giant towers and 3 subwoofers but these soundbars are so good I wonder why I over did it some times. Unless you need the real deal theater these are perfect.

easy to hook up everything in minutes. i have it connected to my computer, incredible sound. the remote easily programs all you need. both speakers have long enough speaker wire to go beyond the unit, pretty far, i'd say thank you best buy for me being able to have it shipped ups.
