Had to reconnect on more than one occasion. Descent sound for the price (on sale).

Purchased this as an entry level into Dolby atmos. Overall very happy with sound and everything except why does it turn off randomly. Going from what seems to be surround sound bliss to analog static. I’m not sure and have downloaded all the necessary firmware updates. Anyhow priced competitive and when it works it’s awesome

This is just what I needed for a budget dolby atmos experience. It does surround well. The only con is the presets are direct, movie, music, no clear voice preset for television shows or movies like tenet that are hard on dialogue.

At first I was really excited to listen this sound bar, but it’s no really a good purchase. First to make it work you have to get an app, after you get the app is really a nightmare to get the app work with the sound bar. Once you make it work you’ll be thinking let’s enjoy the sound but wrong you have to keep plugging and unplugging cables and moving settings all over your TV and Blu-ray player. And finally when you think everything is working fine the sound bar glitches once in awhile and not sound at all, so you have to plug and un plug HDMI cables and turn on and off the sound bar and the TV to make it work again. So I’m not pleased with this sound bar at all. My Old Samsung sound bar was 100% better than this only lacking on the Dolby Atmos .

I got this about a week ago and so far pretty happy with it. But I did notice that the sound is not consistent when watching movies on Netflix or Amazon streaming. It goes soft sometimes and the surround sound doesn't always seem to be on. But I do own one 4k movie and that one sounds excellent on this unit. I guess I need to buy more 4k discs and not watch streaming stuff to get the full effect to the dolby atmos feature.

Good. But has some issues with disconnections. Atmos is underwhelming

I think this was the right product for my 4K TV in my bedroom, The sound in my medium size bedroom is really great. I am completely surrounded with special effects on movies and even my Spotify music is output in amazing surround sound. Really a great buy for the price.

Great sound, deep bass, worth the money. Would be nice if rear speakers were wireless.

I've had this for about a month now. I had an older Vizio soundbar, and I was very happy with it. No issues. I bought a new 4K TV and wanted to eliminate remotes, so I needed to upgrade to a bar with HDMI ARC. The new bar is pretty much exactly like the old one, except the setup. It took about 2-3 hours to finally get this to work and produce surround sound. I had to get tech support from the TV manufacturer involved to get some settings corrected. Since then it has been working-most of the time. Sometimes when I change channels or inputs, it turns off and I need to go through the whole setup and try to reconnect each time. Sometimes it just turns off while in use. I can sometimes just turn it back on, sometimes it's a whole setup again. VERY frustrating for a $500 soundbar. If this continues, it's time to look for a new manufaturer I guess.

Great sound quality. Voices don’t get drowned out by sound effects and explosions. Good complete setup. Only downsides would be that the surround is a little low and Setup through the app can be a little confusing. Definitely worth it when it was on sale.

This surround sound system is awesome! Truly great surround sound for the price. My only complaint is the remote..kinda cheap and cannot see in the dark. Other than that, this system is AMAZING. Buy it and you will not be disappointed!

The Soundbar in the packaging was missing a power cord. Luckily I had a power cord from my old Vizio Soundbar. The unit installed okay and is working, but I have been unable to get it to connect to my WiFi. I installed Vizio Smart cast on a iPhone and a Samsung Note 9 and I cannot get either phone to work so far. I will continue to keep trying to find out what the issue is.

Like many other buyers i'm having the same issue as far as the app not working/connecting with the device, sound not working at times, even the remote not working to turn off the power; at times I have to unplug on the device just to turn the power off. Long story short I've had the sounds bar for about 3 months and i've been problems with the item ever since. I have been waiting for an update to possibly fix these issues but none has been released. I wish i could return the item, but it too late now, i'll just have to utilize my warranty.

Haven't got to use Atmos yet, and I don't really have the ceiling for it. But it performs. This is not a $530 sound system. But $310 seems fair--assuming something doesn't go wrong. Not a fan of all the cords, but I can make do. Sub hits at the right times. Top Gun 2 preview sounded pretty awesome. Not sure if that was Atmos or not, didn't notice anything.

This sound bar sounds almost as good as the Onkyo 5.1 receiver and tower speakers that it replaced. Unfortunately it has severe issues with HDMI and will switch back and forth between TV and sound bar for the first several minutes after selecting a different input. At this point I’m leaving it disconnected except for watching a Blu-Ray disc.

I loved the way it sounded in the store, but it sounds even better at my house. It paired nicely with my VIZIO TV and uses the same remote which helps with clutter. I'm. Happy with my purchase.

Great little system. Sure you can find bigger, better and louder. But at this price, this is a fantastic looking and sounding atmos setup. It links up perfectly and sounds great. It was a great purchase for the basement to create a cinema experience!

Impressive sound for the price. Install and setup were very easy. Getting a second one for my TV room and then I will test out the smartcast and sync them together. Basically Vizios version of Sono wifi sound system.

Loving the surround sound. Bought it on sale but would buy again.
