In spite of the many poor reviews I decided to take a shot on this and it definitely disappointed. Setup was pretty straight forward and I did get the app working as well as updating the bar software but it was the random quirks that ended the trial for me. Everything from no sound, sudden sound fluctuation, it went from medium volume to no volume when trying to turn it down...never could get it to go low volume. I really wanted this to work but after a week of constant varying issues, I couldn't take it and decided to return it. It's sad to say that the most satisfying part of owning this soundbar system was returning it.

The soundbar sounds great. The surround is a lot better than my old Samsung bar which is nice. Has good bass as well. Knocked off a star because it is a little buggy with my TCL 6 Series 4k Tv's over HDMI Arc. Takes about a second or so for the sound to actually start playing. Did not have that issue with my last Samsung Bar or my old Vizio bar.

Room filling sound... Worth for the money spent.. dialogues are very loud and clear

We had a 5.1 sound system but opted for this 5.1.2 upgrade when we upgraded to an OLED TV with Dolby Atmos capability. We could not be more pleased! The depth and clarity this little powerhouse provided is quite astounding! Way to go Visio!

This sound bar is a big improvement over my previous sound bar. I wish I could adjust the rear speakers volume. I was mistaken thinking the rear speakers were wireless but they need to be connected to each other and the woofer. This was a headache so think this out beforehand. We enjoy the sound quality. The remote sucks. I can barely read the display.

Reliable. Great Sound quality. A bit pricey but overall a good purchase.

Is great Sound System with Dolby Atmos great Speakers and Subwoofer

I like it so much, easy to set up and all that, my only thing is sometimes I'm having trouble with hdmi-arc connection and trouble with the smart cast app so what I do is removing the device and add it again, overall great sound system.

I bought this as an early Christmas Present when it went on sale. This replaced an old home theater system that was no longer working. It was fairly easy to set up, and works great. The sound quality is much better than my old system.

Didn't want to spend a ton but still wanted a nice Atmos feel to my home. We have a huge third story so the effect isn't as high as it could be with a receiver and atmos speakers but it does the job for the price. $289 on sale

I wish I could comment about the hook up, but my son did that for me. I will say, it didn't take him much time. Once it was set up and we put on a movie with action sound...it was AWESOME!!! I recommend this sound system.

I have had this surround sound system for more than a year and I love it very much. The dolby atmos works perfectly with the overhead speakers and side speakers. Perfect for gaming and movies

Good mid range soundbar doldby atmos is a great feature

Bought this to go with our 75" tv and it has been great. I was a bit skeptical before I bought it since I've never heard about this brand but I am not disappointed whatsoever. It great sound and quality. No distortion at all, very clear.

The system worked great for an hour, then after that the rear speakers started sounding muffled, while echoing horribly. I tried everything from different hookup, to troubleshooting interface problems. I exchanged the product, ordered a new one, and the same problem presented itself.
