Contacted Vizio. Sent replacement. Replacement didn’t work at all. Now told to return the replacement and a replacement to be sent. I have several hours of time involved in trying to make this work. Spend a few extra dollars and get a Bose or Sonos and save hours of your time. It’s a shame because the sound is really good for the price.

While it's possible that there's a problem with the rear speakers. cables with frayed ends can also cause audio rattle. This was included in best budget soundbar in Rtngs.com and it caught my attention. After further review I decided to jump on it during Christmas. I see some people have an issue with the audio cutting off or turning off all together. I've only experienced this if it sits idle for a while 5 minutes or so with no input sound. but switching audio input on the remote brings it right back.

However the soundbar doesn't have infinite low volume control.you can only lower the sound to a ceratin point before the sound cuts off. Don't really get height effect.

Only downfall is the remote LCD screen does not light up so hard to read when scrolling through the sources. I am able to adj the volume through the tv remote

Watched Wonder Woman 84 with Dolby atmos, and it shook the room. Little tip, in order to utilize Dolby atmos on Apple TV, you have to directly connect the Apple TV hdmi, into the sound bar. Apple won’t pickup Dolby, unless you make that quick change. It was definitely worth it, and made an extra hdmi slot available on my tv. Video games and sports sound amazing too.
