Purchased this product based on reviews. It has been a major disappointment in connected to my 2020 LG OLED tv. The sound rarely connects immediately, often there is a 5 to 30 second delay when the picture plays without sound which requires rewinding to get the dialogue. More times then not it never connects or stops when changing a streaming station. Props to Tech support, which try to be helpful and they sent me replacement bars but none of them work correctly. This product is from 2018, I never would have purchased it if I knew it was old and unreliable technology, the remote and app are also primitive and buggy and the sound is just so-so, boomy and bass heavy when I was expecting a more cinematic, Atmos experience. I've spent way too many hours trying to get it to work reliably, there are more reliable, better sounding bars out there. Steer clear, not recommended.

This soundbar system is amazing. I have the volume at 10 of like 100 because it is way too loud. It rocks any place down and you only need one HDMI connection via HMDI arc port and you are all set. Only minor thing is that the surround speakers are not truly wireless since they connect to the subwoofer. However, you can hide the cables under a sofa or furniture. This is a minor thing compared to the sound quality. A must buy for anyone that values true great sound.

While the sound for price is great, the bar does have a few issues, such as no audio unless power cycled.

This soundbar is a great value. The only issue I've had is with HDMI ARC. I'm not sure if it's my setup or an issue with the soundbar. I eventually hooked it up over optical S/PDIF.

for the price you think the neighbors could hear it. The sound is good but not super loud.

This sound bar would not work with my brand new TCL 8 series TV. When I would turn on the TV, I would have to unplug the Vizio system and plug it back in for it to work with the TV. And even after that it would cut out and the volume would be erratic. I thinks it a good system for the price. Just beware if you have a TCL TV. The TCL TV worked with other sound bars just fine. I would recommend this to anyone with a different TV. And kudos to Best Buy for their awesome return policy.

it coulda been 3 out of 5 if it wasnt for the fact the soundbar wouldnt connect to the internet with wifi ir an Ethernet.. i had ti download a firmware update and out it on a flash drive to update it and then it finally connected to the net but it disconnected from the net few weeks later and i was over it so I returned it.. sound was good tho wen it was ok

This surround sound that features a wireless sound bar, but the woofer and the back speakers have wires. That was the only suprise. It is a simple design and has great sound.

We paired this with a TCL TV and its like we are in the movie theater. My wife loves it better than me, so she barely leaves the couch which makes me a free man, WIN, WIN.
