Awesome soundbar, setup was a doozy though, but once it's up and running it is a great cinematic experience

Worst piece of junk ever. I have had this for less than two months and it is already broken. Sound Volume is skipping numbers when I turn it up, and quality went way down. I called Vizio who gave me excuse after excuse. They said it was an “update” they did 3 months ago. I explained I have only had this two months and the issue just started last week, they then changed their story and said the update was actually last week not 3 months ago. Interesting how their story changed when they found out when I started having the problem. They did nothing to help me. I called Best Buy for help and they said it was too late to return it. Way to stand behind your products Best Buy. Not!!!! You just lost an Elite Plus member who owns a business and would spend thousands in your store a year. I will be going to Amazon from now on. I have never had an issue with returns there. If there product is not satisfactory they return it.

This little guy packs a HUGE punch! The Atmos is amazing!

A little tricky to hook up with my tv and DirecTV but with a little help from customer service it got done and sounds great.

Bought this on the recommendation of basically the entire internet only to get it home and find that the eARC doesn’t work at all with my LG B9 tv. The tv recognizes it just fine and sets it up as a Vizio sound bar automatically, I have eARC set to on, have tried pass through, auto, pcm multiple times. Have factory reset both tv and sound bar multiple times. Have used device connector multiple times. Have tried factory resetting both, disconnecting everything but the sound bar (in the only arc input on the tv, input 2) and starting fresh, again the tv recognized it immediately and the tv remote even controls the volume lights and power on the sound bar perfectly but there is zero audio coming through and there never has been via the arc connection at all. It works fine over optical and hooking the Blu-ray player straight to “hdmi in” but that means I can not listen to Atmos on anything but the Blu-ray and all my iTunes and Netflix etc Atmos movies are worthless. I’ve updated firm ware on all devices. If I can’t get this resolved I’ll be returning the sound bar. Really disappointed.

Although the Vizio is a very good soundbar, it cannot be hooked up with a Samsung TV. Impossible to work

Great Sound system for better price , really loves

Changed from a surround system due to wall mounting our tv. Love the sound of this bar over our old surround. Only dislike I have is the soundbar had to be lower than the tv due to the upward speakers, this space varies due to how far the tv sits off the wall.

setup was easy and works great, booming subwoofer.

Have not yet tried this, but have another soundbar with Atmos which is pretty cool at offering that virtual overhead auto. However, I expect, this Vizio, like another I have, may not play nicely with automatically selecting the correct input... But I do not yet have experience with this.

A little difficult to get set up. But once it was up and running I never had any issues. Would recommend this.
