    It was amazing.. It was Christmas Eve, store crowed with people and customer service was great. A Best Buy associate was able to help me get the product I was looking for and had me in and out in just 10 minutes. Unbelievable!

    Installation is difficult

    Installation isn't the easiest and it took a few calls to Tech to figure it out. Still automatically shuts off after a few hours, so another call to Tech will be needed at some point. If purchased, I would highly recommend having a professional install it rather than using 3 hours of your time.

    So many problems! Sounds good when it's connecting and working but missed my return date by 1 day. Even at $300 buyer beware! Other turn offs fabric picks up dust and it's a pain to clean. But sounds great when it works!

    Sound is fine but audio often cuts out upon opening a new streaming app and stays off until you either cycle through inputs or turn the soundbar off and on again. Would have returned the product but I tried troubleshooting for too long and missed the 15 day return policy.

    It feels like I'm watching movies in a theater with this thing. Also adds a lot of immersion to my video games.My only complaint is getting everything set up and dialed in is a little bit more involved than I expected.

    Trading up from an old Vizio soundbar. This is quite an improvement. The Atmos fills the room. If you're having trouble pairing through Arc try unplugging everything for 10 minutes to reset the HDMI ports.

    So far this has been working excellently. I had a few issues trying to configure it to my television but I'm thinking that my TV is an older one and didn't have the specific drivers to configure it the optimum way.

    Got this for $289 on sale and after reading some reviews online and doing a good bit of research. Steal at this price. Atmos sounds fantastic and you can't beat the entry price here to check out that sound tech. Would highly recommend!

    Going ahead and having faith that this is going to be a good purchase .. haven’t hooked it up yet ... done hours of research online of different models this one had the features I wanted at a affordable price ..

    Bought this based on reviews. Sound bar keeps disconnecting from sources. Bluetooth function very hard to use. Poor bass response. The surround speakers are cheaply made. After all issues returned to Best Buy. Purchased Polk MagnifMax instead.

    Listen, when it works, it's great... but good god, it does not want to behave with my TCL tv. It will randomly work, and then it will randomly disconnect. It is beyond frustrating to try and figure it out. It doesn't work when I want it to. Add to that, sometimes when it is working great and I'm getting a nice Atmos experience... it'll just stop. And it started sounding fuzzy after only a month or two. I've. given up on using it, it's just been collecting dust. I can't wait to return it. I am so disappointed. The price is great, it sounded great... but then it was a cacophony of problems. I just wanted to get the most out of my modest 4K setup. Guess I'll keep looking.
