Volume does absolutely nothing. I have to either turn off and back on to get it to register or mute then unmute. Only then will it go to the level indicated on screen. I didn't expect much from a soundbar but I expected more than this. What an absolute piece of garbage. Returning to best buy as soon as possible.

I’m guessing this sound bar, being an older model, couldn’t work seamlessly with the new model Vizio TVs. The audio kept dropping out and it would constantly cause the Dolby vision to go in and out. This sound bar apparently doesn’t have pass through for the Dolby Atmos and Vision, or it at least doesn’t work that way. Vizio tech support was good, but they couldn’t help me figure out the issue. I have returned this sound bar and just purchased the new Vizio M series 5.1 system. I have higher hopes for this since it has eARC that I can make use of with my TV.
