Next day had no sound so I decided to update the firmware which was difficult using the APP. Finally got it to start after hours but system stopped updating halfway and the machine never worked again had to return it. Bought it at sale price next day it was no longer on sale after I returned it so I could not reorder it. Too bad great sounding machine for one day

I went to replace it and the 42" model is no longer available. Had to settle for 36" new and improved model. Well it may be new but it's not improved. Crashes often. Sound doesn't turn on when I turn on the TV until I press the volume button on my TV remote. I've spent the money and I can't return it. So all I can do is tell others to look for something different. It just doesn't do what it's supposed to do.

Posted .Sorry to hear about the sound issues. It sounds like your sound bar is going into 'sleep' mode when it's not in use, and your having to turn it back on (by adjusting the volueme). There's a few ways we can resolve this with settings, and potentially by connecting with an HDMI cable instead of the cords you may be using. Amazing sound but too glitchy to recommend

It’s connected via hdmi using Arc with my LG OLED tv and everytime I turn the tv on there is no sound. The only fix is either unplugging the soundbar and replugging it in, or going into the app and changing the input to something else and then back again to the HDMI arc input. This isn’t an occasional occurrence, it happens every time the tv comes on.
