This soundbar/speaker sounds great! Good atmos and easy setup. That's why it is so disappointing that this has a ton of glitches. Pause a movie and sometimes the sound wont come back at all. Switch inputs and no sound. Sometimes the thing wont turn off unless you unplug it. The app to control it also has several issues. I had an older vizio for years before this and it's great, but this one not so much.

Too many issues. Constantly having to unplug it and plug it Back in to work properly.

Paired it with a p series 65” Vizio tv ... works seamlessly... I would definitely recommend Vizio products.

This was perfect to go with my LG tv and the extended wireless speakers I bought separately.

This is the best sound bar we have ever had. Very loud and great bass, absolutely love it.

The device was amazing for the time it worked. A lot of positive reviews here are people given the unit by vizio. As a customer who paid for it it’s worth it just beware of the firmware update. It bricked mine and I spent 7 hours on the phone with vizio before they agreed to send another.. Best Buy wouldn’t even replace the item. Only a refund although it was still for sale on their site..

Absolutely love this system. I own two Vizio surround sound systems, I'll be upgrading the other to this one soon.

I bought this item as a "Open Box- Excellent condition" item. Well what i received was more like satisfactory. There was no foam protection around the subwoofer at all, and it was scuffed in 3 places, and a piece of cloth tearing. The soundbar had some scrapes in the plastic. It was missing the remote control, and several other accessories, as well as a power cord. To top it off, it was extremely dirty, and dusty the towel i used to clean it was black when i was finished. What's even worse is when I spoke to an agent online i was told to bring it to my local store and there and there was another "open box- excellent" item in stock. ...Of course when i got there, it didn't exist. I had someone come over and open the box, he looked it over and i showed all the defects and missing things and all he said was "well its pretty close" "It's not that bad" nothing was offered, no discount, they would just accept the return. With it being close to christmas i am trying to order another so we will see Beware purchasing anything from bestbuy that says "open box - excellent" Their definition states the item is supposed to be free of any wear, include all accessories, and be professionally cleaned and certified by Geek Squad" well...this was far, far....farrrrrr from the case.

The sound quality is excellent for the price. I also like it's overall appearance.
