    I bought this because a Best Buy worker tolf me it was a great set up and would be an amazing sound experience....it was not! returned it and the subwoofers didnt work out the box.

    Bluetooth will disconnect whenever. If you change sources, it takes a minute to catch up. It has good sound but don’t think it’s worth the money.

    I keep losing sound for about two seconds then it comes back. I tried different settings, going directly to different devices. Firmware is up to date. Then I called Vizio customer support. He was no help. He had no idea of what to do. He kept telling me to do something and then callback if it is still doing it. Very frustrating. The sound when it is playing is excellent. Which makes me even more angry. Save your money. I have Fios service and a Samsung tv. It’s not my equipment!!!!!

    Sound problems

    The soundbar sounds great in a smaller size room but when I turn my tv on, even though the soundbar comes on, there's no sound. I have to unplug the sound bar for a minute or so then plug it back up, then it'll work. I called vizio & the customer service rep is who told me about unplugging it. Very frustrating to say the least! It should not be this aggravating. If I had it to go over I would have got something else. Just very disappointing.....

    We bought this early September and had to return for a replacement which was also defective. Man in TV area said they were having problems with this unit. We may in the near future buy another brand.

    Audio Dropping

    I have been having audio dropping. Had my cable provider swap out cable boxes and I'm still having the same issue. I have had an older video and it has been working fine for 7 years.

    Awful interface and software

    So far... Over 2 hours on the phone with customer service. Bluetooth refuses to stay connected. Smart cast app does not work (it can not find the device). Stuck in findable mode. Refuses any remote commands. Even after unplugging and resetting the unit, still unresponsive. Takes longer to get the unit to work than to watch a movie. Admittedly, they offered to send another, but I don't want it. I think I'd have the same issues with another. A waste of 300 bucks. Didn't expect top-of-the-line, but did expect the thing to at least work.

    Do not buy if you have a Series X or LG Nanocell90

    This might be a good system for certain TV's. However I have a LG nanocell 90 series TV and this speaker bar just randomly decides to not put out any sound when turning on the TV. It happens ever couple times you turn the TV on. Only solution seemed to be to use the app to change the input then change it back to HDMI-Arc. The remote only works when directly in front of the system. It will not pass through video from the Xbox series X most likely due to 120hz on the xbox and the speaker bar on supporting HDMI 2 not 2.1.

    It never worked for me. The rear speakers never connected with the sub unless they are placed next to one another. Returned it.

    Won’t stay connected and took several steps to get it to connect again. After a month it would not reconnect to new LG tv.

    Do not buy this Soundbar. Has volume issues

    Do not buy this Soundbar. Spend the extra money and buy from a brand that actually makes properly functioning products. This Soundbar will work one minute and suddenly stop playing sound the next. This Soundbar turns off whenever it doesn’t receive volume input for a couple seconds so whenever you stop/start, rewind, and fast forward you miss about 5 seconds of sound. This thing seriously sucks, wish I never bought it

    I figured since I had a Vizio tv that this would work seamlessly with it. Wrong. The sound constantly drops, more often than not, it doesn’t detect an input signal, so I have to unplug it and reset it. Occasionally the volume will change or mute on its own as well. Prior to this I had a 15 year old Yamaha surround set that I horribly regret getting rid of now.

    Subwoofer crackles after 1 year of use.

    I bought this in July 2020. In August of 2021, just outside the 1 year warranty, the subwoofer started giving of a crackling sound. I’ve tried different hdmi cables, cleaning all connections and repositioning everything to fix the issue, but the subwoofer always crackles on any movie, song or tv show. If your willing to take a gamble then I hope it pays off better for you than me.
