    This sound system is the best of the best. Easy to order. Delivery was a day late but that was okay with installation schedule. Packaged well, box a little banged up; but product is so tightly packaged it arrived in excellent condition. We LOVE it!

    Just ok. Hard to get sound setup properly. Cuts out and sometimes does not come back on. Have to shut it down and restart occasionally. Sound cuts out when lowerung volume. Kind of a waste of money.

    The system itself could be great. The sound is great.....when it works properly. Which unfortunately is rare. Most of the time the experience is gutted by crackling speakers and audio drops. I have called Vizio support and they have stated that they are aware of this and they don't have a fix. I am contemplating returning the whole system and skipping atmos for now. This is just unacceptable for $1000 soundbar.

    Went from a full receiver and wired speaker combo to this purely for the Atmos sound. For the price it cannot be beat for a smaller space. Mobile app lets you fine tune the settings and it works perfectly with my TV.

    Good compromise price vs audio quality. I really enjoy the rear speaker to be connected to the subwoofer instead of batteries. The sound quality is really good.

    Don't waste your time unless you own a Vizio TV

    Mark at Best Buy told me that the Geek Squad was having issues with audio delay if you are not hooking this sound bar up to Vizio TV. I should have listen to him. After the first night of getting no sound and calling Vizio support they said it was my LG TV issues. So I called LG support and was told I had hooked up everything correctly. The next day I called Vizio support again and finally was able to get a firmware update which finally I had sound, But only after a few minutes of watch a movie the Audio Delay was so bad I had to stop watching. I will be returning it to Best Buy. Don't waste your time unless you own a Vizio TV

    Crackling Sound

    I've been through two units from Vizio and both had intermittent crackling noises come from the rear satellite speakers. Vizio won't send me another unit to try out and insists that it is now a software issue and will issue a patch - that was over a month ago. My other vizio atmos soundbar (the 36" version) doesn't have this problem. Still, I'd be highly skeptical of purchasing another vizio soundbar in the future. If you do, I would highly suggest purchasing an extended warranty.

    Vizio soundbar

    The sound quality of the system is amazing when it works. However I have spent the majority of my time having to troubleshoot. The system is very buggy it loses connection all the time. I’ve had to do a factory reset several times to get it to work again. Recently the soundbar finally gave out after 4 months. I contacted Best Buy and got absolutely no help in return. I contacted Vizio and got a replacement under the warranty, however the replacement they sent out also had issues. Myself and a technical support rep from Vizio were unable to get the soundbar to pair with the subwoofer. So I’m currently waiting for another replacement (which vizio will only send out a certified open or previously used device). For the price and many issues the system has I definitely would not recommend this soundbar.
