Great sound system for the price. The surround is pretty great once you get your setup. I found it to be buggy once on a while with my tv, but I am unsure if it is the soundbar or tv The front surround setup, where 2 side speakers are in front isn’t great

This system sounds great. Easy to use as well. There is a couple of things I would change about the unit. It would be great if there was a display screen on the soundbar. It is hard to tell if you are getting Dolby Atmos or DTX because there is no screen. There is a tiny dot that will change colors if it is receiving Atmos. I also wish the rear surround speakers were wireless

Great product great quality great sound easy to use

The sound system itself has very good sound quality. I mainly use it for gaming and music purposes, connected to my TV through HDMI eARC. The reason this has 3 stars is because of the total abomination that is the customer support and update process related to this item. It uses a very outdated technology of having to download an update file, load it onto a compatible flash drive, and then follow the instructions on updating the bar. Most modern technology can update itself, and for whatever reason Vizio is stuck way in the past. I was having serious problems with audio delay that needed to be fixed in an update, so you will want to make sure this is up to date.

Great sound! Using it in a semi-small room. Worth the buy, although; there are times when the system disconnects for like 2 seconds and connects back but happens rarely. Set up was simple just connect the ports and that’s it. Overall good sound.

Love it sounds great with my vizio tv easy to set up

It's an excellent soundbar, very good surround sounds. I've had it for more than a year and I've never had any kind of problem. I love the connectivity and the size of the cables. It adapts perfectly for any environment

Was rather intimidated by size of speakers, sub woofer and all the cabling. Then I watched a video about installing and how simple it would be. This is my second Sound Bar for our home and we could not be more pleased with the sound and quality of the product. We definitely feel this soundbar was well worth the price.

Very nice sound at and surround sound for the price. The quality of sound is very good when watching tv, movies or listening to music. I would definitely recommend this sound bar for someone who does not want to spend a lot of money but still wants great sound.

Well made and easy to set up. Great sound quality.

One of my biggest issues with my previous sound bars that this one has improved is dialogue. Voice from anything I watch(cable TV, apps, movies) is so much clearer and understandable. True Volume feature amps up the dialogue for an even better listening experience. The preset equalizer settings are great along with the other features that come with this sound bar. There is also a setting that allows you to set your rear speakers near the sound bar and adjust surround sound to that front positioning.

I love you this speaker got one for my bedroom and living room. Sound great!

Had to fall back to TV speakers but was quickly ready to jump back in with another soundbar. Did my research and picked this Vizio. A very easy install, and what a difference! Lots more clarity, more bass, and overall great sound. Recommended.

After trying several other systems and returning them, I purchased the Vizio M-Series soundbar and found it as good or better than systems costing twice as much. Very happy with the easy set-up and the sound quality. Paired with a Vizio M50Q7 television.

I loved this sound bar and the sound that it pushed out. The surround sound was also fantastic. The problem that caused me to return it was it would randomly disconnect or lose the source. I did the firmware update but it did not correct the problem.

This has pretty good sound when it’s working but it has many issues. The first one I got stopped working after 3 days. I called their support and they fixed it. Two days later it stopped again. No sound. They couldn’t fix it this time so they sent me another one. Not new. Refurbished. This one works most of the time but not all. They told me on the phone to pull the plug and wait a minute and plug it back in. Yes, this fixes it. However, I have to do that about once a week. I’ve gotten used to it. I raise the volume and no sound. Pull plug. Plug in. Sound comes back. I have a Vizio Smart TV. All the CEC and ARC settings are correct. So, this is how it’s going to be. When it’s on the sound is very good. But I must admit that unplugging it once a week or so is getting tiresome. Also like to note that their customer support team is very nice and friendly. I’ve gotten to the point of recognizing their voices. Honestly though, I’d try another brand. The fact that two of these units behaved exactly the same is troublesome.

Really good value for the price. Great sound in the mid range and treble but base could be a little better. The surround sound is on par with a lot of other higher end sound systems in my opinion.

The sound system sounded great until the phenomenon of the rear speakers cutting out for 3 seconds. This would happen a lot during gaming and even more during movies. The bass was great for a small sub. One thing to also remember is this sound system does not have TRUE Dolby atmos. The Dolby atmos is in the “technology” you won’t hear anything above you or anything definitively from Left to Right. Installation was a breeze and everything came nicely packaged, but just had to return due to the problems I mentioned. Will be upgrading to either the 5.1.2 or the 5.1.4.
