This would happen a lot during gaming and even more during movies. The bass was great for a small sub. One thing to also remember is this sound system does not have TRUE Dolby atmos. The Dolby atmos is in the “technology” you won’t hear anything above you or anything definitively from Left to Right. Installation was a breeze and everything came nicely packaged, but just had to return due to the problems I mentioned. Will be upgrading to either the 5.1.2 or the 5.1.4.

Visio Upgrade

Quality remains with, of course, improvements over my 10yrs system. Sharp sound and great for a standard home surround sound system.

Sometimes works, sometimes doesn't. Very simple BIOS update fixes this, but I say "simple" coming from an IT background. Non-IT people will be intimated by this.

Sub woofer and satellite speakers lose connection occasionally but there are a lot of devices in our room. Great sound quality, leagues above the stand alone bar and many times better than the TV speakers.

I did get an opportunity to fully check it out and that sound is better than any recent soundbar I've heard! It's like being at the theatre. You certainly cannot beat the price!

I have an older Bose 321 I needed to replace. Have been looking in the higher price ranges. Tested this one in the show room. Looked at the price. Done, No it’s not Bose. But looking for an inexpensive great sound. You can’t go wrong.

Purchased these to try them out since they where cheap compared to the others. Once I set it up the sounds was great. The subwoofer would be bigger but this produces enough.

The item arrived at my chosen store in a few days as promised. I notified them using their text, that they supplied. I chose a less busy time to arrive. There was only 1 person in line ahead of me. My item was ready and waiting. Polite quick service and I was on my way! MY KIND OF DOING BUSINESS!!! I definitely will shop here 1st for my electronic items. It functions as advertised. Installation was a breeze.
