Has problems pairing with Arc to tv. Must us optical cable. Had to download update to computer then to the unit.

I purchased this based on ratings and I is less than impressive. What is the point of wireless if the sound bar and rear sub have to have DIRECT line of sire to work. So you can't put your sub in a corner out of the way with even furniture in from of it even with plenty of space given for the sub to get a signal... so I need my sub sitting out in the middle of the room to work, what is the point of that!!! Good sound but definitely needs a strong signal.

We were told this sysrem was all wireless. Set time for them to install.....was not wireless at all. Returned.

This is my first sound bar and I chose over the LG. The atmos is not perfect but it sounds quite good on all types of media as well as Bluetooth. Bluetooth used to cut out a lot now it doesn't as I place the device next to the speaker.

It takes time to learn how to set this debice. It serms simple but it is not. Also found out a major issue wad the softwate needed upgrade. Not the easiest of process. Once ever thing is set, it is great.

Has issues connecting sometimes. I believe its interference from certain settings, like automatically turning on tv and other devices with the CEC setting.

I bought this because of my TV speakers poor audio quality and an interest to try out 3D surround. It has definitely improved my viewing experience when streaming movies/tv-shows and music. I’m sure there are better Atmos systems but this gives good value for what is being offered.

Disconnects randomly at times and the cable is connected directly to the tv

Sounds great. The quality of the sound. Is clear and crisp has. The perfect amout of bass and balanced levels

After watching over a dozen reviews by others, i made the purchase. Overall, good buy. Sounds decent enough for a finish basement system. Gotta do more research on how to set up to get the best sound.

Was guided by excellent tech savvy Best Buy employees on two different occasions and decided on this sound bar. I know I’m going to enjoy having it to complete my entertainment center update.

I dont feel/hear any ATMOS. Sound is fine but not as it could have been. Some settings auto adjusts the sounds and volume levels - destroying the Hans Zimmer experience. Rest is all good.

Bought this soundbar to go with our new Song Bravia tv last September 2021. The aound is FANTASTIC! When it connects. Sometimes it won’t generate sound at all and otjer times it works for a moment then quits. I have an expensive hdmi cord to the hdmi-eARC. Even tried the cord it came from. Im so disappointed. Why it keeps losing connection, Im lost. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this system.

Fair sounding sound bar easy to set up i actually wanted to add a second sub but cant only bummer

If you dont want to spend a huge sum of cash on a home theater system. For the price this sound bar is quite good. Its a perk having satilite speakers and the Sub is actually quite powerful.

I really enjoy the quality of the aound bar. The sound is superb and the price is outstanding. I highly recommend this sound bat.

Very nice sound bar set up. I was looking for something with an hdmi pass through to take the sound processing away from my TV and give me more sound playback options. And this has done that perfectly.

Saved me from buying a new tv before I was ready. Current tv is quite old and has horrible sound but decent screen. Happy to have this new surround system!

I have used this 5.1 Vizio setup for months now with no problem. Great value for the money at $300. I just wished build quality of the soundbar and remote was better.
