Need to improve

Great Sound, but too manu issues

Have this connected to my Brand new Sony X91J via eARC with HDMI 2.1 Cable. Had a Klipsch bar 48 working fine with ARC before, but wanted more clarity and Atmos. This was a great deal and bang for the buck, sounds better that the Bar 48 which in my opinion was a Klipsch Flop. This bar has a lot of eARC issues, with not functioning right and dropping sound. Maybe I just have a defective unit. I tried different HDMI cables and re-flashing Firmware (nothing new available). Had support try to help as well, but left it at wait for new firmware... ? ? Now just annoyed that sound will just stop while watching a show or movie, then I need to press volume or change inputs back and forth, or power off bar and power back on. Frustrating!! If this worked well, it would be a 5 star review...Huge bang for the Buck!

Awesome sound

Now I can rewatch all my favorites and appreciate excellence surround.

Had it delivered and they delivered it with care, even price matched when I showed them it was cheaper elsewhere. Nice system.

Rear right channel cuts out a lot

I’ve also replaced the tv and have had this issue no matter the source. It’s not a bad unit for the price but the sudden audio drops can be distracting.

Sounds great!

The sound wouldn't or couldn't do what I expected

Yhe sound didnt surround as I expected. Also, I feel like the home audio world for low to mid enders..I'll have to add more money. Unfortunately it got returned.

Amazing Soundbar with Surround Sound

Expected it to last longer than 2 years.

I think we had some challenges but figured them out. But now the sub vibrates so bad we had to shut it off.

Don’t waste your time! Vastly underpowered

With getting a new TV I wanted to see if I could minize the clutter and get rid of my bulky receiver and move to a sound bar. The vizio claims to be 5.1 it comes with the sound bar which is 3 channel and 2 back speakers which are the other 2 channels and then the subwoofer. All reviews online said this is the best bang for your buck and the system will overly impress you. Well it didnt impress me! The sound and clarity were very good, but there is absolutely no bass from the subwoofer no roar, nothing. It rumbles a little bit. I played around with all the different settings and even turned the bass and woofer all the way up and it didnt make much difference. I really wanted to like the system, but how can have a home theatre setup that is as quiet as tv speakers. If Vizio powered the subwoofer better I would say this could be a decent system. I will be going back to my traditional 5.1 setup.
