Everyday I came home to this soundbar, I had to power cycle it MULTIPLE times in order for the soundbar to even continuously play sound. Now let's say the soundbar worked perfectly fine when I turn my TV on (I tried disabling HDMI smart tv too to see if that was the reason for the constant cutting out). THE SOUNDBAR IS CONSTANTLY MISSING AUDIO TRACKS. The sound is NOT balanced AT ALL. This MAY BE a ps5 support issue, but I am definitely missing some of the audio tracks in the game, as the sounds are all at different levels. When I play a basketball game, I cannot hear the shot clock sound, the dribbling sound, barely the dunking sound. I always find myself constantly adjusting the sound, whereas my simple Samsung 3.1 soundbar just does it's job, never had an issue, and I bought that from a pawn shop smh. The bluetooth works fine, but HDMI e-arc? It is a PAIN IN THE BUTT

This was my second Vizio system after having to replace my previous model after only a week. I upgraded to the M model here and was relatively happy for nearly 13 months but as I’m writing this I’m furious because the system just randomly died as i was watching a movie. It turned off out of nowhere. I then attempted to turn it back on by every means suggested by both the manual and from online assistance, but nothing is working. So i guess its just dead an now I need to buy yet another sound system. Yay my savings account >:( I’m pretty sure i wont buy Vizio again.

It constantly just turns itself off, even if you have been watching TV for hours. The lack of more HDMI inputs is also a challenge, but its just wonky. Sound settings dont stick, random changes, and the "I'm turning off now" with no interaction with the bar or remote is puzzling. I would never buy this again.

Had to take it back with protection plan. Got a call back from Geek Squad and said it would be junked and getting a replacement.
