I figured an newer upgraded one would sound much better. The mid and high range are very crisp, but I got more bass from my older one. I was a bit disappointed in that aspect because I always like a little rumble even with regular tv shows.

It’s unfortunate that I was unable to enjoy the sound bar. The sound bar did not want to connect to my tv with any of the provided cords. The soundbar also did not want to appear on any device via Bluetooth. Maybe this was one of the bad batch.

One speaker is so loud that we had to put a towel around it to muffle the sound. We are elderly and just wanted to be able to hear what people are saying better… kinda helps but not like we hoped.

Good for small room

Will try the next model up for $500, though published specs don't make it clear if the upfiring speakers are the only difference. The "Direct" setting in the remote is inexplicably soft, and not explained in the manual. If next model is not good, may go for Sonos Arc, but the height is a bit more than I would like.

Itsgood just seems the bass islower hear it go in and out.not worth what i paid for . The first one i got for $150 on Cyber Monday 3 years ago.

Posted .Hi ksensation. To get a good baseline of perfornamce, we'd recommend either playing some music with a deep bass tone, or watching an action scene with explosions. If you're viewing sitcoms, or local news there may not be as much bass. If you've tried that and it's still not performing well, you can adjust the audio settings to deepen the bass to fill your whole area. Was laughing about the 5 inch subwoofer when installing but watching top gun maverick was actually rattling the walls a little bit..Very impressed

The TV has some issues. Overall not crazy about them together. Main issue is though “paired” I have to use the TV remote to turn down the sound. Yes it’s nit picky but in this day and age I should be able to you one remote.
