Vizio Soundbar - Frustrating!

Contemplating trying to return it under Best Buy's open box policy. Numerous issues with the volume not being adjustable and being ear piercing loud on the tv's lowest volume setting when switching to other input sources (PS4, Blu Ray player, Apple TV). Receiving a lot of error messages (blinking lights) when switching to other inputs and trying to utilize the Soundbar. Very disappointed and frustrated. Soundbar is hooked up to a HDMI eARC port on a Sony Bravia X90J.

The sound was ok but I was looking for a little bit more the bass was less then to be desired! It did sound good playing video games and pretty good dolby atmosphere sound! But I just wanted more out of it...
