Lots of hiccups
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Brought this sound bar to replace my TCL 6+ and while on paper it a upgrade in every category I’ve been plagued by hiccups. If it’s not me randomly losing audio out of my eArc connection from the sound going very low when switching video outputs I more or less spent more time troubleshooting the sound bar then actually enjoying it. After updating a week ago I’ve had less issues but the problem is I shouldn’t have to update in the first place this will definitely will be my last Vizio soundbar

Too many problems
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Sound is decent but Atmos is not as clear to hear as other Atmos systems. Switching between different streaming apps the sound doesen't always connect. This leaves you with watching a show and missing all the audio till you sync it again. Because of that reason I couldn't keep it. It was too often in too much. Also the app that it comes with for your phone will not let you log in to keep settings. Seems like this is the same with everybody.

Don't buy this if you don't wanna get annoyed

"PAIRING" waits a full minute, "HEY CONNECT SOMETHING TO PAIR CONNECT SOMETHING BLAH BLAH BLAH" Also I called customer support and there's no way to turn it off. I can't believe I paid $300 for this annoying pile of trash.
