Love it!! I only wish the volume control on my tv that is connected had levels shown but other than that it’s great!! Also, it does require an HDMI port!!

Solid sound bar I like it a lot better than my OG Vizio sound bar. The treble from the sub woofer is amazing.

The price is great. I bought this to enhance the sound if my Vizio 70” tv. The sound is muffled when low and distant when far. I do not like this purchase. I am not well read as to specs but I am deinitely looking for something with much better sound.

This is my 2nd Vizio sound bar, last one didn’t have surround speakers, but this one does. WOW! The satellite speakers make a huge difference when watching Netflix/Prime movies with Dolby Atmos. You feel like you’re in the movie! I also got a new Vizio 4K V655M-K04 TV which has this really cool feature called QuickFit, that allows you to attach the SV510X-0806 sound bar directly to the bottom of the TV, using the 2 included thumb screws. No need to install wall brackets (which my wife hates) to mount the sound bar. Just install the 2 screws to the bottom of the TV and attach the sound bar. That’s it! Seamless and very integrated design. 5-stars for sure!

I can't believe I almost spent $2K on a Bose system! This little soundbar gets the job done perfectly. While it may not have the same build and quality as a high-end system, it works great in my small living room. And you really can't beat the price. Technology has come a long way! The subwoofer may be small, but it packs a punch. For action movies, it provides a truly immersive experience. If you're looking for great sound without breaking the bank, I highly recommend this product.

AWESOME SOUNDBAR !!! Got it on sale and saved $80 !!! It has a Wireless Subwoofer, 2 Surround Sound Speakers (that connect by supplied wires to Subwoofer, Dolby Atmos and DTS-X Sound !!!. Why spend Hundreds more ??? Easy to setup and easy on the ears! Dolby Atmos gives sound a 3 Dimensional aspect to shows and movies that supply it... regular shows benefit from the wonderful basic soundbar functionality. You won't go wrong with this one !!! Get it NOW !!!

First of all, don't believe the reviews about connectivity (bluetooth) and surround sound issues. Yes, there are some weird small troubleshooting steps for Bluetooth and the equalizer settings that don't quite match the instructions, and the name of the app is not Vizio Mobile, it's Vizio | WatchFree+. The surround sound speakers are NOT wireless. They use an RCA-like cable. That cable is a bit wider at the tip than most, so if you get speaker stands, you may have to take them apart, fish them with string, and use pliers to pull the tip out of the narrow opening. If you get your tv to connect to the Vizio app (or did that already), the setup doesn't require Bluetooth activation. I don't know why the instructions say to connect with HDMI Arc and then wait an hour before connecting to Bluetooth. Once you connect it all, Bluetooth is automatic since you are already connected to the app via the HDMI cable to the soundbar. From there, just go to system settings in the app and change the audio settings (like speech enhancement, bass, treble, etc). I wish I could make the surround speakers louder. You can only increase overall volume and boost the bass in the bar or the subwoofer. Still, no crackling issues and sound quality is great. I chose to move the surround speakers closer to the back left and ride side of my couch and put them on speaker stands. Again, not wireless, so be prepared to run the wire along your wall or under a carpet. The wires are thin and sufficiently long though. I wish they were optical audio. If you have an iPhone, don't try to connect to bluetooth or sit in activation mode and search for the device in Bluetooth settings. It will never show up and the instruction manual is awful and doesn't tell you the name of the soundbar anyway. Just open Apple Music or spotify, hit the airplay icon, and choose your Vizio TV that you've already connected to the soundbar. The sound is amazing. That said, you're unlikely to be able to make this work with projectors or other devices. I have no idea if it works with laptops that are not Macs. For the price, it's a good deal, but some small things like the ones I mentioned above make it probably worth it to spend a little more and get a device that has better connectivity and less annoyances, ideally wireless surround and/or optical audio.

Easy to set up, sounds great, and the bass packs a big punch. The directional audio sounds awesome, although I wish it was more customizable. With my current setup, my surround speakers are too quiet, and my subwoofer is too strong, and there really should be a way to find tune it. Also, the sound bar occasionally disconnects from the subwoofer+surround set up all together. Aside from those small issues, this is a pretty great deal. I would recommend it!

Vizio is sneaky good with their audio products, you get. A lot of performance for the money. For a moderately sized room, this has enough punch. The Atmos does give the sense of movement around you enough to enjoy and the little sub packs a decent punch. You could probably get a JBL sound bar by itself or even a Bose, but this has a decent sub and surrounds. Plug and play was easy through E-Arc, and it’s easy to plug in everything, it’s color coded.

I have an OLED 65” LG TV. I thought the LG soundbar would be best. But the design of the Vizio is perfect for my mid size living room. The subwoofer and rear speaker design is great. Sound is awesome. Set up is easy. There is some brand incompatibility regarding on screen control of the sound options. But the APP works well on the phone for choosing pre-sets and customizing EQ. If you don’t like a lot of wires to deal with and good value for the sound quality. This is a great choice.

Great set up for my small apartment. I love that it hooks up to my TV and uses the same remote for volume. My Vizio tv has small speakers so it doesn't sound good. With this set up it's great for me. Great set up and budget friendly.

Overall, I am very happy with my purchase. Set up was easy and the sound is great. My biggest issues have been: 1) you have to download an app (which isn't the fastest app to load) to play around with the settings and to control the volume when using with bluetooth, and 2) the system does seem to struggle when switching between bluetooth and my TV (HDMI eARC). But ultimately, I almost exclusively used the system for my TV, so I haven't had to use the app much and I just don't often switch between different outputs. So, for me the small "cons" I have had aren't the end of the world.

This is a solid budget soundbar that includes surround sound speakers and subwoofer. This is a great option for those not looking to spend $500+ on a home theater system but still want a more cinematic feel compared to onboard tv speakers. This product is very easy to set up and has a fair amount of audio options to customize your experience to your liking.

I picked this up to replace my older Samsung 5.1 sound bar and pair it with my new 86-inch LG TV. At first glance, it seems too small to deliver serious sound, but wow, it packs a punch! I specifically chose it for the Dolby Atmos feature, and it really transforms movie nights—feels like having my own personal theater. No regrets at all, I absolutely love it!

Vizio surround has always been great but this was a upgrade from a older model I had and the dolby atmos is so amazing really good bass too.

This sound bar is AMAZING! I am not a tech girlie. So I don't know terms or what's the worst or best. But I have to say that I really love this sound bar. The sound is nice one regular shows. I can make out what is being said and the sound projects from the sound bar nicely. Without the sub woofer the base alone from the sound bar is amazing!! Hooking up the sub woofer. OMG..It should be illegal. The base is out of this world. I feel like I am in the movie theater. I highly recommend.

Absolutely worth the money. You can't get a better 5.1 soundbar with subwoofer and surround systems than this in today's market. This is also my first time getting a soundbar so I can't really compare it to anything else, but it has been a game changer. I feel like my room has evolved into a movie theatre. A remote would have been nice to some people but I control my TV with my remote so having an app works perfect as well.
