This is the second Vizio tv I have purchased. Just like the first, it was litterally plug and play. I am not very good with techy things, but I got this one going without the help of grandchildren. Not bad for a 72 year old! Ordering was done on line and pick up was ready that afternoon. Although the TV is large, the female BEST BUY agent was able to get it into my truck without any problems or damage. I liked the service.

The good The ridiculously cheap Vizio V-Series offers solid image quality in some models, thanks to local dimming. It supports the latest 4K and HDR video formats, including Dolby Vision. Chromecast built-in works well if you like using your phone to control streaming. The bad Similarly cheap Roku TVs aren't much far behind in image quality and much better overall for streaming. Many V-Series models have inferior display technology.

This is an outstanding smart tv! And the price was exceptional for the quality and brand!

This was my first TV past the typical college TV expectations. So my standards were a tad low. It’s solid for the price. Cons: I’ve found are that you can’t add apps. Sometimes you have to unplug the TV for the apps to work on the TV even though the network connection is solid. Also, the Hulu app stutters sometimes so you have to slightly skip ahead a millisecond for the stuttering to stop. Hasn’t happened with movies on the app, just tv shows. A side note, I don’t know if any of the problems with the exception of app additions is due to watching for long periods of time since I have it on while I work from home, so 8+ hours/day. Too late to return but isn’t terrible. A learning experience for sure.

Best TV for the money. I hooked it to a VIZIO all in one soundbar. Looks and sounds great.

I give it a 3 start because, it works good in USA, but when crossing to Mexico, and you do the set up in Mexico, nothing works. Only way you can get the apps to work, are in the control remote, which is only Netflix & Disney+. Nothing else works unless you do connect the HD TV antenna. but the SmartCast TV". Forget it. it does not work even if you configure it to the region where you located. I travel, and be in and out of the country and you ask why do i take a whole TV? well it is my personal choice but don't advertise this brand/model to also work in other countries when clearly it does not, work outside of the U.S! If you travel in and out of the country, and able to have this TV within you. I do not recommend it. SmartCast TV is set only to U.S Does not work in Canada or Mexico.

Awesome like this tv. Everything that it has I love the only problem that we encountered with was the remote control where you select an app on the tv it doesn’t work no more! It was working perfectly fine in the first beginning days of purchase and afterwards after couple days it wasn’t working so now we can’t select any other apps other then the ones the remote has on itself. That was only bummer.

I love the picture on this tv. This is my first 4K tv and the step up in picture quality is amazing! The Smart cast operating system is quick and easy to use and I love that it has Chromecast built in because it allows me to use the tv screen as my phone screen when I want to see stuff like Facebook on a bigger screen. This was overall a great purchase and I'll continue to use Best Buy for all of my electronics purchases.

Good price. Audio sounds a little muffled. Picture is good. Seems to have some audio issues when a device like a dvd player or ps3 is connected (the sound seems to go in and out at times when in use).Disappointed I still had to plug in my Roku to access xfinity app, but streaming works well.
